“They went above and beyond for me and my pet. I needed a specific antibacterial compounded and no other pharmacy around was able to fill the prescription or even attempt to get the ingredients needed. Not only did the gentlemen say he would order them for me but it turned out they had some in stock! I stopped by to drop off the prescription and I was so frustrated with finding the medication for her I was so glad someone would be able to help me. Maybe he saw my frustration or panic about my pets health and the fact that no one else could help me but the gentleman stayed on a Saturday almost 2 hours past opening to make this medication for my pet (i didn't ask him to stay open and i didn't ask him to make it for me the same day, i was expecting to get the meds in the next week) I am so incredibly grateful of this man and a million thank you's cannot cover it. He was kind and compassionate towards my situation, it really just wrapped up my week.”

“I can only speak to the retail staff, specifically the cashier that checked us out last night. Her name was Monica and she was very good, multi tasking, nice to customers and efficient and by far the best cashier I have encountered at any CVS since moving to Fla. As for reviews on the pharmacy, I have not been to the this one however the CVS pharmacy by JetBlue is also horrendous and compassion and kindness is sorely lacking at that location and a surly and rude behavior is what I personally encountered. For this reason, I only shop retail at CVS when needed and rely on Walgreens primarily. I would say that if I encountered staff like Monica last night I might consider shopping CVS more frequently.”

Madeline was extremely helpful in trying to locate the needed drops and communicating with me every step she took to obtain quickly. It is refreshing to find someone who truly fits the bill of caring and delivering customer service. Thank you Madeline for providing exemplary care in pharmacy .”

“I spoke to customer service employee Melissa about 2 weeks ago not sure if she is in mechanicsburg or bonita though. Very nice, sweet, understanding young lady. She was sympathetic and listened to what I had to say. Melissa had patience with me. She took the time to listen and address my needs. Explained the process in a clear, understandable order. It’s been 2 weeks as I stated previously and I still can’t get over how great she was.My doctors office had to call, and fortunately they had Melissa answer the phone as well. My office told me she probably the most helpful person they spoke to that day and went on to explain that she knew exactly what to do without hesitation. Although they’re not used to these procedures Benecard has, the office had a smooth entry into the process with her explanation.I was hoping there was a survey for the call. Unfortunately not. “Darla was a lifesaver! I just started a new job and was texted by my new boss as an emergency needing to purchase $1500 worth of gift cards. She alerted me to the fact it might be a scam and I assured her it came from my boss as the text showed his full name. Never would I have imagined someone would know who my boss was or his name specifically. She was pretty reluctant and tried hard to get me to think through it. Thankfully as a few more minutes passed, a wave a realization came over me and Darla was VERY good at protecting her customer and I want her to be recognized for all the effort she put into helping to prevent me from this tragic error. She is an amazing employee!”
