I donated a lot of nice donations today and the lady excepting them in the back was not very nice. She made no attempt to help me unload them. Everything was brand new in its brown shipping box so she couldn't see what it was and when I told her what was in the boxes she snapped and said, "Well I've never seen them come like that". I really wanted to walk away at that point but didn't want to be rude so I just kept unloading. When I was leaving I saw her go over and help a gentleman carry in his donations. Nice store but to overpriced for me.

The saleswoman made a rude comment to me asking “when I’m due”, insinuating that I am pregnant. I am not AT ALL with no physical attributes to indicate that I am. When I said I was not pregnant she rudely says “well your dress made you look like it”. I will not be returning due to the rudeness of the sales staff.

High prices for a thrift shop. Salesperson went ballistic when I tried to put some paper refuse in the trash can behind the counter.

Don't waste your time here if you're looking for a thrift store!!This store is very well organized and super clean but this is not a Thrift store. The prices here are ridiculous and more inline with an upscale consignment boutique. $30 for a used football jersey for a player that doesn't even play on the team anymore that you could likely get at Ross for $15. $115 for an unbranded vintage pool que. $60 for used shoes that are $80 at DSW new. If you're charging more than eBay at a thrift store your charging way too much.I asked one of the volunteers about the dates on all the price tags and she said, very snarky, "Don't worry about the dates that's for us. We're not lowering the prices on that date or anything."Also as I was looking in the case near the counter I over heard the staff talking about a women who brought up the high prices to them. She mentioned to them that they are pricing a used Tommy Bahama beach chair for $5 less than they cost at Costco. The gentleman said "she should go to Costco then. It's priced like that because she's here and if she wants it she'll buy jt" I think they've forgotten that this stuff is donated to them and they are there for charity.

I used to love this store. I would drive up from Fort myers which is about a 40 minute drive. The last time I shopped in this store, the volunteer was extremely rude so I left without spending any money. Went in today against my better judgment after driving 40 minutes North I decided to come in the store and I desperately needed to use the bathroom which I have done before period after being told by staff that there was no bathroom that I'd have to walk all the way down to publics. This is very disappointing that they ask for you to come and spend their money and can't even give you the courtesy of using the bathroom. If you don't have people to clean your bathrooms maybe you should pay your employees more and not solely rely on volunteers. Will never spend money at this store again. Which is a shame
