One, when I needed to get a smaller bill for the change machine, I went to see the cashier at the full service side (not knowing it was two seperate business'). She was a bit rude and short with me, explaining how she cant help with anything with the self serve side and stating she didnt know what bills I wanted. I asked for a 20 and three tens. She gave me two 20s, a 5, and five 1s. Obviously she is tired of the self serve issues, but I didnt think the rudeness was justified. Second reason for the review is to warn people of the self serve. Unfortanetly for Primo, a google search shows no other listing for the self serve wash, but they are seperate. The Vacuum ate my quarters, and costs $3 for 2 minutes. Most exspensine around. Also the vedning machines didnt work. After that I didnt even bother trying to actually wash my car. Dont bother with the self serve. I cant speak to the quality of the full service, but the cashier was not pleasant to speak with.”

The first appointment they checked everything and gave me a estimate and the next appointment they rechecked, reviewed and compared with the last evaluation. Carlos and Ray showed me exactly why and where it was leaking I feel more knowledgeable about my car and what risks I was taking driving with those leaks and broken axles. I fully recommend these honest mechanics to anyone who doesn’t know their car or if you know your car and don’t want to blindly trust. They have a window into the working area and they will show you why and what parts need fixed so you don’t have to blindly trust”
“Detailed, honest, quality, fair, and efficient are a few words to describe my experience at R.E.A Auto & Tuning. I had my Jeep at the dealership and was close to approving the estimate. My husband suggested I get a second opinion. R.E.A was recommended to me by a friend. Thank goodness I listened! Brian reviewed a video sent to me by the dealership for my Jeep detailing their findings and recommendations. "We know these vehicles so well that I know you need a new evaporator," the dealership mechanic said. Brian at R.E.A told me they have to do a dye test to confirm a leak, yet the dealership never did this. Their mechanic went on a hunch, and from "knowing these vehicles so well." I picked up my Jeep and brought it to Brian at R.E.A. He did a thorough diagnostic and said there was no leak. Freon is all it needed! Brian saved me unnecessary work and a few thousand dollars. I will NEVER take my vehicles anywhere else but to R.E.A. THANK YOU, Brian and Blake for your customer service, honesty, and work.”
