Please do not use this business - in time of need they REALLY don't care. I have been a State Farm customer for 30+ years. I had 2 accidents in the last year (2021). One was I parked too close to the cement parking stop and pulled my bumper off - yes I am an idiot. The second was a delivery truck backed into me and totaled my Mercedes. Fought with State Farm for several months until they finally decided to total my car (January of 2022, accident was in 2021). I received a cancellation notice in July of this year telling me I had 60 days to find new insurance? WHAT? Although the accident was not my fault, the actuaries had to spend way to much time on my case and it cost State Farm too much - this directly from Natalie Mathews? WHAT!? Isn't this why I pay my policy. Don't use Natalie or State Farm - THEY ARE NOT A GOOD NEIGHBOR AND THEY WERE NOT THERE!! She was sorry, but nothing she could do - like fight for your customer and tell the insurance company they wrong - pathetic. I will say one of her staff, Josh, was always helpful and on the ball - Josh you should go work for an insurance company that has integrity.

I've had Natalie Mathews at State Farm for many years now, and have actually been very pleased with their service for me. My rates stay low or go down every six months, (granted I have had no issues) but in Florida it is a help. I'm someone who used USAA for many years prior and when their rates went up, they apologized to me about it, but said the state of Florida caused their rates to go up at that time. I've had State Farm ever since, and have been pleased with their service since the time I got them. I have no idea on how their other insurance is, but I can honestly state I am happy with their driving insurance, and highly recommend them for your drivers insurance needs.
