This place solidified why I do not go to Asian nail places. My normal salon had canceled on me for my fill due to emergency on her end. It had been 4 weeks. I just needed my GelX taken off until I could get into my regular place for a full set. All of them had broken or peeled off due to how hard I use my hands. I just wanted them taken off and nothing put on. The lady was confused by what I was asking. A young girl did my nails. Didn't ask me any questions or talk at all. Hardly used any pressure when using the nail drill, didn't even get my whole nail with the drill - only the mid to top, no cuticle area. Didnt see any disinfectant for her tools in sight. Ended up soaking them in warm acetone 5 different times which made them super super dry and hurt. She ended up not even getting all the GelX off due to her not using any pressure. She ended up cutting them even shorter even when I had cut all them down myself lol. I only paid 10 dollars so cheaper then anywhere I've been but I guess I got ONLY 10 dollars worth lol.

I came to this salon after Ian because my usual nail place closed and have had a great experience every time! Christine is lovely to chat with and extremely good! I've had excellent service (dip manicure) that lasts 4 weeks! Highly recommend

This was an awful experience!! I was literally YELLED at in the shop by the oldest woman that was doing my nails!! I asked a very simple question and she blew up yelling at me telling me she knew what she was doing and she'd been doing nails for 30 years!! Everyone in the shop just stared at me!! I was so embarrassed!! Now if she has been doing this for that long why is it four hours later my one nail that I asked a question about was about to come off and now 3 days later 3 more??? Totally unprofessional the whole was a nightmare!! What this lady needs is to go back to school but not just to nail school but kindergarten to learn manners!!!

I had an appointment at 3:00. A little backed up, 15 minute wait, ok. Took the top layer off & set up with acetone soak, then she left, shift was over. 30 min later I removed the cotton etc. myself.... Waiting for.... The other nailist worked on another gal, but she didn't have time for adding the requested tips. It looked bad.When she got done with her she started on me for a dip manicure. Finished at 5 to 5:00! For a 3:00 appt.

I've been a business owner and I have never written a scathing review until today: Filthy windows, bathroom smelled of urine, walls are dusty dirty, baseboards are filthy, sink was dirty, drapery needs washing, its yellowed and full of cobwebs. Everything has thick layer of dust and dirt, even the incense container at the front desk was filled with wormy ashes. The owner is sullen and unfriendly, she acted like I was an imposition. She said I was there too early (9:00am) and she was too busy to do my nails. I was enjoying a beautiful morning in SWF until I walked into this place. Shaking off the bad energy and putting this place in my rear view mirror!

My wife received a 45.00 gift certificate in December of 2020. Due to covid she wasn’t able to fly down till April 2022. When she went to use it today they told her after the pedicure that they will not honor it because it expired. It is against federal and state law not to accept gift certificates. I bet they accepted PPP money (my taxes though).Service: Manicures

This nail salon exceeded my expectations from the first time I entered the shop. It is tastefully decorated, bright, clean and inviting. Ann was my nail tech the first time and I always request her to do my dipped nails. She is gentle and detailed which I so appreciate. Other employees make eye contact with you and smile….that doesn’t happen often! So, even if you aren’t looking for a change right now, give them a try so you experience for yourself what a delightful shop this is!
