My 88 year old mother had refused to accept her hearing loss until she met Nathan Colby at the Miracle Ear Bonita Springs, FL hearing center. Nathan is an absolutely incredible representative for the Miracle Ear products. His personality is accommodating, , composed, imperturbable, attentive, compassionate, understanding and highly skilled. Each time my mother and I have visited his center, we feel welcomed and at ease that all questions/concerns will be addressed, we will be treated with the utmost respect (and Nathan has a tremendous sense of humor but takes his job very seriously), thorough and helpful information will be given and feedback positive and encouraging. With the hearing aids my mom now wears 13 hours a day, her life has become much more meaningful; she can actually hear what is happening around her. Her cognitive abilities and participation levels have improved. She is a happier, more engaged, more independent woman than 5 years ago.We thank Nathan, his expertise, brilliant personality, kind, attentive, masterful way with my mom AND the Miracle Ear product, that my mom is able to daily insert and remove herself, with the gift of regained hearing. In just a month's time, she has returned to living her life like she was 72 ~ active, involved, communicative, independent, willing to participate...etc. I encourage anyone who is not hearing as well as he/she/they once did, and any family member knowing a loved one who is struggling with hearing loss, to visit Nathan Colby and Becky (amazing, friendly receptionist) at the Bonita Springs, FL Miracle Ear Hearing Center for life changing results!!

I have been very reluctant to get hearing aids. At 88 years of age, I thought this was just something I had to live with, because I could not image wearing cumbersome hearing aids. Well, boy was I wrong! After working with Nathan Colby, H.A.S. at the Bonita Springs Center, FL, I wish I had done this 5 years ago! He is an amazing young man whose professional, knowledgeable, patient, accommodating and extremely pleasant charisma all make me want to tell the world how skilled and caring he is and encourage anyone who is in need of hearing assistance to visit Nathan at the Bonita Springs Center. If you are hesitant and very unwilling to take this important step, I sincerely hope you will visit the Miracle Ear Bonita Springs Center for a free hearing test, meet Nathan and do yourself a huge favor and hear again or hear better. The process is so rewarding. The aids so modern and easy to live with as well as so unassuming. If I could give Nathan more than 5 stars, I would. He deserves 500+! My quality of life has improved so much! Thank you.

This was my 7th try with Hearing aids, and my Miracle-Ear Hearing Aids worked from day one. Nathan worked patiently with me to make them work well from the beginning and really knows what he is doing. So glad I made this choice, its all about the person and Nathan is calm and caring and always available to help.

I been getting hearing aids for over 15 years and I will say this is the very best I have ever had. Nathan Colby goes the extra mile making sure you get what you need he is very professional and has great communication skills making sure that you understand everything about your hearing and more. I wasn’t sure what I would find this because what I thought of miracle ear from 20/30 years ago and now able to do the best ever.Wow is all I can say!!!!

First time seeing Nathan Colby H.A.S.at Miracle Ear, on Bonita Beach Road, what a great feeling for a snow bird to find someone to solve a problem I thought was big, turned out sm for Nathan. Front desk great with appointments, I plan on stopping by every year!!

I cannot say enough about the service I got from Nathan at your Bonita Springs Office. He is an exceptional young man who truly wants you to get the best out of your hearing devices. I have never had a more comprehensive hearing exam and adjustment as I did with Nathan, He spent considerable time fine-tuning my devices. Until now I have not routinely worn my devices because I did not get the clarity and sound that I expected. Nathan turned that all around. He also help me set up a device that connects my hearing aides to the TV. What a difference..... I truly hope that Nathan is recognized for his fine work. He is truly a gentleman and diligent employee. BTW the office followed all the protocol for COVID19 and the receptionist was very pleasant and accommodating.
