Because of the distance, having the right equipment, service, high level of quality and responsiveness is paramount to my mother’s health and my peace of mind.I had done my research in the market and reviewed over 8 companies. I also considered the equipment they used at the house, gauged how I was treated, looked at contracts, measured how I was handled with my questions down to the small details. I just could not find the right answer.Resolution: A friend of mine from Naples told me about a newer local company that had years of experience in this market, uses top of the line Philips equipment and had switched his mother over to this company and was very happy. It was too good to be true!I telephoned up and was immediately taken care of, questions answered, my friend’s experience confirmed as my experience and yes - they are using top of the line equipment from Philips. The equipment is KEY!
