LabCorp. It sounds like an evil company from a sci-fi movie. And with the way this location is run it might as well be true. The overworked employees aren't exactly rays of sunshine either.

They were busy when I got there so maybe waited 15 minutes. After that In and out in 5 minutes. Plenty of parking.

I had routine labwork done. The lab tech was polite and friendly. She did a fine job with the blood draw, nearly painless. This Labcorp is located in an upscale area in a quiet neighborhood. I did not make an appointment first. There were only a couple of other patients in the waiting room when we arrived around noon. The waiting area was large, clean, and in good shape. The wait was maybe 10 mins. A very pleasant experience, for labwork.

This morning was my 2nd time at this location. The lady at the front desk is so polite and nice. She was also the one that took my labs and was gentle and kind. If you do not have an appointment, you need to expect to wait. Don't give the ladies in the office attitude because of how long your wait is. People with appointments come first and will go ahead of you. If you need to get in quick and out, then make an appointment in advance. I saw so many rude people and it was all because they had to wait.

I arrived at 1:58 p.m. in the afternoon and was turned away and told they close at 2:00 p.m. The door actually says they close at 2:30 and there's no mention of stopping services at 2:00 p.m. for a employment drug test.

Friendly staff & can get really busy. They NEVER answer the phone at any time. You are asked to leave a message so they can call you back but they never call back.

Every time I have to visit, the staff are very friendly and helpful. Gigi did a great job with the blood draw. Didn't feel a thing!!

Margaret AKA Gigi worst staff ever if you can please avoid having her as your nurse. She seems not to be too confident with her self or with what she is doing. She pooked me 2 times and still not did a good job had to call one of the other ladies to help her. While the other lady got it at the first pook she was caressing me and made me feel VERY UNCOMFORTABLE, also was getting into my personal life by asking too much questions about myself. Very unpleasant staff.

The whole company-all stores have shut down their fax machines. I guess business is not too good. With the rudeness of their staff I can understand why. I have used labcorp since 1996. Quest is my solution. Rude-rude -rude. BTW only 1 person besides myself in their establishment at noon hour.
