I was shopping today on a friday. Everyone seemed nice enough at first. It was getting a little close to closing. I bought many things. One being a very very large picture. They did as much as sit it on the sidewalk not to offer anything to help me load it even when I asked. Next thing you know the wind blew it over, they sure came out to clean up the glass. Not a whimper to me at all. Like are you O.K. Anything, Nothing. Absolute disrespect. Hey, we are in Florida what do you expect other than some displaced northerners that never learned to be helpful, polite or have any tidbit of integrity. They are really pathetic in this store, I go out of my way to be helpful to people everyday. Laaazzzy. Bonita Store Florida.

This Habitat Restore is 1 of 4 stores in the Lee County area that has some of the nicest used furniture I have come across. Also have appliances, lighting, bedding, and accessories.

Great furniture finds here! Prices are pretty reasonable as well. The store is also clean and easy to navigate! I got a really nice couch set for under $500 that I love!

Hidden gem among thrift stores. Yes they can be pricy sometimes, but there are still tons of bargains to be found, excellent stuff because of the location and staff is extremely helpful. Found a late 19th century Limoges Chocolate Pot in immaculate condition the last time I was here for $15 dollars. Went directly to my cupboard. Extremely big store, so take your time looking. It’s worth the trip, especially in the summer months with less people in the area.

You can find some good finds in this store. We bought a few couches from them that were very nice and almost new. They have great sales at time and if you donate they give you about 10-20% off your purchase.

They always have a lot of stuff every time I come in, and they reduce products by 25% for every week they are on the floor. I've already found some amazing stuff. No furniture, yet, but I keep trying because I know one of these days I will find something amazing.

Crowded store with a huge inventory. Some of the items are past their time but not all and the prices are very convenient.

This is one of the best habitat stores I have been to. Clean, organized and most importantly the staff. Thank you so much. Andrew, the assistant manager was so accommodating to our special request and I want to give him kudos for his help.I highly recommend this location for anyone who needs furniture etc post Ian. I truly felt like I was in a furniture store rather than a second hand store. They know how to display their merchandise. And most importantly your purchases go to a great cause.

Unprofessional and rude front desk attendant. Mean, disrespectful and entirely unpleasant when faced with nothing but kindness. Will not be back.

Why is it closed Sunday & Monday? People remodel on weekends and this isn't even open on 1/2 of it.

This store is now closed and no sign as to where they relocated. Can anyone add some hints as to where the Restore is now located? Thanks.

Some of the furniture are not clean AT ALL or/and very damaged.I'll gladly take a damaged or dirty furniture to restore it, but here, the price doesn't makes sense. If there is something beautiful and clean you'll pay $600 like this couch on the picture who had even a stain... At that price, consider buying on marketplace or brand new.Considering that all of their stuff are donated to them, it's way too overpriced to be acceptable and ethical.

Never would consider this place for a thing. I was helping a friend clear out a storage unit of a someone who passed away today. We didn’t need any of the items so thought we would donate them and try to be charitable. The old woman running the donation collection in back was by far the rudest person to be accepting charitable donations and could use a long lesson in customer service. The items had smelt musty but we figured they were still usable if they aired out. Instead of saying nicely they can’t accept them the woman made a big scene, kept grabbing her face mask and repeating they smell, oh my god we can’t take these. Extremely rude and made us feel uncomfortable when we were just trying to help someone less fortunate. I would not donate a dimes worth to these people.
