“I started shopping with a sleeping baby and proceeded to check out with a screaming and hollering baby. The staff bent over backwards for us. Helped calm my newborn as best as they could. They loaded all my groceries to pay and then loaded the bagged groceries into the cart and pushed it out to my vehicle. Another employee then helped me load the vehicle. Now while I am a physically capable man, the entire game changes when you have a fussy baby. I applaud them all of them for the help and support today around noon.”

but there is also a cashier lady who passes by where the cigarettes are who is not friendly at all. I asked her a question about a product and she answered if you don't know what it is for, don't bring the product. “I have lived behind this store for 5+ years and I am amazed at how the new management has cleaned up this store. He is very nice and friendly and has hired staff that are the same. I don’t leave reviews much but I had to with this one because it’s rare these days to find someone who genuinely cares about their job and employees and takes pride in how everything looks. “This is a great grocery store in downtown Bonita Springs. The best-kept secret of this store - there are warm, fresh tortillas behind the cashier's counter. Walk up to the cashier and say tortillas small and you will have plenty for a party of four or fewer people. The store is walking distance to Riverside Park.”

“Nice and clean Publix, a small one though. Typically everything in stock when I shop there, but limited on some things being a smaller publix. Staff is nice. Easy parking lot to get in, not so easy out...but thats every parking lot in FL.”
