Amazed at how petty and greedy some of the employees can be. Got stuck behind 2 older Hispanic women in line for a good 8 to 9 minutes. 1 cashier - 1 register open. They had 2 full carts of stuff they were buying. 2 of the pots had older price tags so the manager had to get involved because God forbid they don't make an extra dollar on a DONATED ITEM! ? they accused the women of peeling price tags , but I don't think they really understood what was said as their their english was poor. I asked if there were any other cashiers as I saw at least 3 employees including cashier wandering around. Stacey the cashier stated " Nope. That she was a book keeper and wasn't even supposed to be on a register " ?
Truly amazed at how greedy Goodwill has become. The manager HAD to make an extra buck or 2 on donated items they have absolutely ZERO money into??? WOW! I gotta stopping donating to Goodwill. Donate to a cause that actually works with people and doesn't nickeland dime them to death. These 2 women had 2 FULL carts and the manager HAD to squeeze just one or two more bucks out of them. How pathetic and truly sad!!! Shame on you Goodwill. Greedy, greedy, greedy!!!

Visited three times and was impressed each time by how clean everything is. Plus, they have plenty of clothing, household items and miscellaneous items clearly marked and organized.

Just a heads up I am I'm Appalled At the treatment I received here this morning. I was accused of changing a tag and they refused to sell me.The item all I did was try it on and I know the tag got a little pulled.I tried to explain that to them. I am so insulted and it embarrassed.How dare they treat me that way?When I am a loyal customer for many years. As for the manager she just made me feel as if I was a criminal! Did not try to help or accommodate me in any will never go back there! I understand there is a lot of theft there But with the deep pockets that the c e o has in the industry Of good will I can't believe they treat their customers that way.

We all shop for bargains and support our local Goodwill. However, The manager here acts as if she is running Macys. Arrogant and lacks customer service. Unsociable. When asked why a jacket was $60 dollars, she frowns and looks at you like you should know retail pricing. Asked if the next weeks color may go on sale. She frowns again. As, if she is annoyed and has better things to do than be a good customer service associate. Said she had no idea and walked off. If, you despise helping customer while you stand around with a clipboard, perhaps you should try bagging groceries. Then, you wouldn't have to talk to people...

We were number 13 & 14 in line for the grand opening today! Omg! Omg! Omg! We had so much fun! Filled a cart easily, and the help,we got from one of the employees was AWSOME! Now one of my favorite Goodwills and definitely will be back for another fun filled adventure! And the prices were good even w/o discounts!??????

This is a pretty good sized store, there is a good variety of HomeGoods but as for clothing it's lacking if you are not a junior size or a small size .. guess most who donate here are teeny weenie size ladies for most items are small and short length size, or petites.. being a 5'8 170 pound gal I must be in the minority.. Also I donate much because I believe in giving back to the community.. sadly the prices on things to wear are pretty expensive considering there donated ...That's a shame and Im thinking that my donations should be to churches who aren't out to hit you hard in the purse strings.. the store is clean and those working seem nice upfront , it can be a hit or miss to find items at an affordable price and in my size but it's still worth checking out.

I usually go in here to look for unusual things. Hit or miss whether you find anything. A lot of times their prices are higher than new items. I personally think $8.99 for a man's used polo shirt is ridiculous. They should keep their prices reasonable or they will price themselves out of business. I no longer donate to Goodwill.

Oh my goodness! Yesterday I fell very ill while checking out due to a condition I have, and the staff was absolutely EXCEPTIONAL in dealing with my medical emergency. They took all the right steps to help me and comfort me during this time. I want to especially send my heart out to the one staff member that I checked out with. She held me and comforted me as a mother would, telling me it would be okay and putting water on my face. holding me in the chair and getting me anything I needed. so sweet and kind. besides this I found some really good finds… unfortunately I didn’t get to take them home during the emergency but what an awesome organized selection!
