I truly can't say enough good things about this business and the staff. They truly care about their customers. I mistakenly forgot to pay a loan I had with them. even though it was well past the default day, they let me redo the loan since they still had the item ! They realize people who do this need their items back and go above and beyond to work with you. No other pawn shop would do that that I'm aware of.... They also give the most money for your things out of all shops in the area and they truly have an awesome inventory. I have recommended this store to so many people and I will continue to recommend them as much as I can!

I had two clasps put on my necklaces a while back they did a great job. I also had links taken off my watch. Another great job. .I'm not sure of the gentleman's name there. He is very kind, professional and on the ball. I am making this my go to place for jewelry. ?

Literally the best experience I’ve ever had at a pawnshop. The place is clean and the people are friendly. No mess no fuss, NO LOWBALLING!!! Got a reasonable offer within 5 minutes of walking in, and he even broke down what it was worth and his price point to be able to make money off of it.Tired of the marketplace scams? Go see the guys at Gold Broker. They’ll make your life easy.

What an outstanding group of individuals they have on staff there.Pedro was great conversation and very informative about the firearms I had been interested in and then purchased. My better half was blown away by Sandy and her expertise with jewelry. They definitely beat out capital pawn with their presentation and demeanor. Really outstanding salesmanship and products. This place is by far the best pawn shop you could ever walk into. Don't waste your time at any other. Sandy and Nelson are the most personable, friendliest, awesome , genuine people you will meet. This was my first time in a Pawn Shop and it was such a great experience! From the second we walked in Pedro greeted us with a warm welcome. The establishment was organized and presented well, loved that Pedro was bilingual. The transaction was smooth and painless, will definitely be returning to Gold Broker Pawn Shop :)

Absolutely love this place! A great selection of everything, great lighting, and just very humble shop. Willing to work with you on a loan, if you need the money. Trustworthy people, you don’t see too many pawnshops that’ll give you an honest price. They aren’t after your money they’re after your satisfaction. All together 10/10. Would recommend to anyone.
