Highly recommend. Good pricing, great communication, very helpful and kind staff. We needed to remotely set up a pick up of our items by a moving company. Brandi, Amanda and all the Freeup staff were so helpful as we made the arrangements. From set up of our unit to move out a yar later, it was all a very positive experience. Thank you!

I rarely leave reviews, however, when an employee performs above their normal duties I feel it should be noted. Amanda at your Bonita Springs location, has treated me with professionalism, kindness and respect from the moment I rented a storage unit at your facility. Im a 24 year retired Army veteran who recently was diagnosed with a serious illness and Amanda has checked up on me and provided payment options during my treatment. She is a great employee but better person and should be recognized.

I just wanted to say that both Amanda and Jonathan are excellent. Amanda is quick to get back to me with any questions that I have. Jonathan has fixed several things for me that I considered broken. They both always have a positive “can do” attitude. I won’t go anywhere else and I have referred several friends looking for storage to see Amanda or Jonathan.
