They decided to not deposit my checks, because I placed two in one day, and that apparently is too many and constitutes fraud. I don’t think it’s asking for too much that I am able to perhaps deposit checks. They should truly know how to bank, but they do not. It’s their only job.

I have always been treated very well, their entire staff is friendly, professional and knowledgeable....they are helping me fix my credit and no question I have asked gets ignored.

Used Fifth Third right up to the point where they decided to put a fraud hold on my mortgage payment. Went to this branch to resolve the issue and have never endured such rude and unacceptable service. If you have a Fifth Third account don't get service here; If you don't have an account yet save yourself and go anywhere else! I honestly didn't believe customer service could get any worse than Bank Of America...... WRONG! FYI if your forced into this location stay away from the older, blonde lady who wears too much makeup.... office is the one in the middle towards the back.

Charged 1% for cashing a 5/3 check. I hold a 5/3 credit and debit card. I cut it up and will NEVER bank at 53 again!

The tellers at this branch are aweful. They dont greet their customers nor do they smile. Their tone is condescending when they do speak as if you are bothering them. Based on my experience, it comes directly from the branch manager whom couldnt provide an ounce of leadership if she tried. Unfortunately, she has been promoted beyond her abilitiea.
