We are so pleased with Elegant Outdoor Living and our salesperson Gio. He was so knowledgeable and professional. He knows the products thoroughly and was able to tell us what would coordinate with our existing table and fit our space. He was never pushy, answered our questions patiently, and kept in communication during the whole process. When there was an issue with one of our pieces, he calmly, effectively and quickly resolved it. We’re also pleased with Elegant Outdoor Living and the quality of the products. They’re beautiful and well made. We highly recommend Elegant Outdoor Living and Gio at the Bonita Springs store.

After multiple attempts of finding quality furniture for our lanai we finally hit the jackpot with Elegant Outdoor furniture in Bonita Springs. Not only did they have a large selection of quality Outdoor furniture, the customer service from the moment we entered the store until it was delivered was outstanding. We have been looking for great quality outdoor furniture for our lanai for months and we were not yet satisfied until finding elegant outdoor living’s furniture. You could just tell how great the quality was not only by the furniture but by the amazing customer service and delivery as well.

Giovanni is the reason we bought our entire outdoor furniture from the Bonita Springs location.He made us feel comfortable & did not pressure us.The entire process was easy & fun, and the results are beautiful!

Gio Peragine in the Bonita store was very patient and helpful with finding the right patio furniture for lanai and had great suggestions regarding colors and fabrics to tie all of the pieces together.We shopped around at many outdoor furniture stores before making our final decision and would highly recommend elegant outdoor furniture, they have high quality furniture and provide excellent customer service!

Our sales person was Nick Colaric he was excellent. He listened carefully to what we wanted & asked us the best question. What is most important to you. Dining or comfort? We said comfort. He then continued to find us a great dining set & two comfortable swivel. , rocker chairs to fit in our small lanai. We went to other stores & no one really heard our needs. He was the “ Best”. We were so happy to work with Nick & are sending our friends to him.

We bought outdoor furniture in August 2018. The brand was sunbrella which was sold to us as water resistant,mold resistant and easy to maintain for many years to come. Your sales people advised the fabric was very easy to clean and maintain. We now are 3 years later the couch and chairs inside padding is falling apart, and our furniture is covered in mold. We maintained the furniture diligently, and followed the instructions from your sales people!! We were told the furniture would be covered, and replaced if any of the things that are happening happen!! Of course Elegant Outdoor Living Inc. was not helpful or understanding like they were when they took my $3868.96 3 years ago. They blamed Sunbrella and claimed it was not their problem! I believed they said it was a manufactured defect. A call to sunbrella also was unproductive and they said it was the stores problem. Please do not bother giving either of these two companies your time or money. Sad companies do not stand behind their products, or their word. My advice shop at a reputable furniture company. Owner Stephanie took care of a problem I was having with the store- while attempting to buy new slings for my Brown Jordan Chaise loungers. I am a business owner, and understand that sometimes issues happen. All well that ends well. Thank you for the great service Elegant Outdoor, you rock!!

Totally heart broken. They have a dining set that I wanted and was excited to show to my husband. I wore a mask and my husband cannot due to recent heart surgery. They kicked us out and didn’t ask why. If the store was busy, I may be able to understand but not one customer was in there. The guy was a total j*** and extremely rude.
