This place ruined my Valentine Day order over 100 of candy/flowers 4 days ago never Delv called 5 times terrible service and lied to.. Trusted them because I had business out of town and tried calling to fix it and was told twice it was handled!!! I will be there when I get back in town for a refund!!!!!

I work for a gift basket company but every once in a while, you want somethiing different. Edible could satisfy that. They have wonderful chocolate dipped fruit and clever fresh fruit arrangements. Quick delivery.

Customers Beware!!!If you could give 0 stars I would.I always look forward to every occasion bc I always get an edible arrangements from my husband and mother in law. This year we moved and I used this location for the first time and surely the last!!!All the fruit was spoiled upon arrival. I was soo disappointed. I called the store to make them aware of the condition I received my order. The manager told me she had packed it herself and assured it was fresh. Of course stunned that she would consider that fresh as a manager of a fruit service was disturbing. I told her the fruit was translucent and mushy. She asked me what does that even mean. Fruit goes translucent when it’s bad. Shocked I had to give her a lesson on what she should specialize in I requested she resend my order, she was very nasty but agreed to replace one of the baskets as I had ordered a few things spending over $200. Upon taking back the original basket and replacing it with the new one she never gave me anything chocolate covered which you pay extra for and of course my favorite part, she also sent the same rotten fruit. Seeing what I was dealing with and having a newborn I accepted it and decided to cut my losses as I didn’t have the energy to deal with her. She was nasty from the moment I called so it wasn’t surprising she sent the replacement the way she did. My entire order ended up in the garbage as no one in my house was willing to eat it. Money complete down the drain accompanied by horrendous customer service.I will never ever order from this location again. I love edible arrangements but I may even be turned off to them all together at this point. Disappointing but at least today there is so many other options for the same service from different companies.

Thank y'all so much for getting my gift delivered to my mom while she was on vacation!! I ordered a large bouquet of chocolate/confetti strawberries, the 6 count M&M cheesecakes, and birthday balloons for my Mom's birthday ? it was a bit tricky trying to surprise her from 3 states away but edible arrangements was very patient and accommodating towards my delivery window and got it done! Thank y'all so much! The quality of the treats were 100% perfect!

The people at the Bonito Springs location went out of their way to see that our order was delivered! They made numerous attempts over several day to make the delivery; after speaking with John, I discovered that the address I had was wrong. When I was able to find the correct address, they made the delivery even though they did not have to! Thank all of you at this location for your thoughtfulness and patience!!

I received an arrangement from the Bonita Springs store . It was to include mini cheesecakes for my b day. When I opened the boxes , they were all smashed on top of each other. U would think there would have been a much better way to package them, in little trays or something especially for how much there stuff costs. Such a waste !!!Extremely disappointed. And for a b day gift too ….

We received an arrangement from family members. They had to reschedule delivery because we were not home. The driver was personable and courteous. The arrangement was beautiful and fresh.

Since I can't give 0 stars, 1 it is. I ordered a tray for my daughter: Mother's Day Treat Trio with 3 balloons, customized card and Chocolate & Cheesecake platter. She's is a 1st time mom, so Mother's day was a bit special for her. Around 7pm on Mother's day we got the delivery...except it was in another person's name...address not very close to ours and not remotely similar in name. Also...it was a chocolate covered strawberry small platter...so not the same as I had ordered. We laughed it of in front of my daughter...and pretended it was the correct order.Well.... today, day after Mother's Day I have bee trying to call ALL DAY without anyone answering. I will ask for a refund of course, if they ever answer me. I do not recommend this place. Too bad that it is being mismanaged.

edible arrangements continues to send Mother’s Day emails for same day delivery - I purchased the Friday before for my mother, received confirmation, called on Mother’s Day and was told my arrangement was next to go out when delivery person returned, I even asked if it would be delivered and told yes … I received an email this morning, with awful grammar, stating that my order was never sent because they were too busy and reply to discuss next steps (it’s a non-reply email)..Based on my past experiences and this one, I’m quite certain that edible arrangement will not make this right. Here’s to hoping!

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!The online tracking system showed the order was being arranged for two days. I called the store and spoke with Brenda regarding an order that was never received. She was very rude and unprofessional. Brenda or the driver lied about attempting to deliver the order twice and we never received a phone call or text with any updates.In addition, it’s amazing how Brenda now has the time to respond to reviews but was unable to call a customer or recipient when there was an issue with the delivery. I wonder if the costumer provided incorrect phone numbers as well. It seems another customer had the same experience with this establishment lying about delivery.

While I'm understanding Valentines day is likely the busiest time of the year, yesterday was very frustrating.I browsed the website for same day options planning on delivery for the next day so there wouldn't be any trouble. I found something perfect, read the delivery policy and it does say orders will be delivered as late as 5pm, and placed my order knowing that her shift ends at 5pm to the business address. I figured worse case, I'll call her and tell her to wait a few extra minutes if it does end up being right at 5.5pm rolls around, she's heading home and nothing was delivered. She came home in tears thinking I didn't acknowledge Valentines day so I had to explain what I did, but what didn't happen. It took four phone calls to get ahold of someone who could not tell me where the arrangement was and that I could cancel the order online in which I did.6:30 rolls around and her co-workers call and say something was dropped off to the store. The employees told us the driver was rude when he was explained that the recipient left for the day. His response was "I don't care, I was told I can leave it with anyone".Hopefully her co-workers enjoyed it since it didn't get canceled.Never again.
