This store needs new management. Shelves are empty. Unpacked boxes in every aisle making it impossible to navigate through. Bathrooms are broken. The employees go to Publix for Bathroom use. It seriously is the worst dollar tree I've ever been in. It is a fire hazard. ?. I'm never using this location again. Corporate needs to do a surprise visit and fire the manager.

Honestly, I've been to this place before but I saw it very poorly organized and basic. I don't know if it will work or if it's the carelessness of the managers.

This store is an absolute train wreck. Such a mess, shelves are empty and the shipment is in boxes all over the store. Also need to hire people that can actually do this job. The one woman working there isn't going to cut it. I can't imagine how much money is being lost. I will not return to this location. It is not possible to even shop this store because of the mess you have in there. Good luck.

It was awful. Boxes stacked 4-5 high that needed to be put on shelves, aisles very crowded and dangerous for shoppers, freezer 80% empty and wasn't clean or organized, I saw one cashier, whole place was a mess. Hope the franchise owner sees this post, as this location needs help

Over 5 mins til closing and doors already locked with PEOPLE inside that is a fire hazard do not go to this store if you dont wanna risk your life

7/31. Seems a bit run down. We noted that several personal cosmetic items sizes are smaller / less that before their 25% price increase. We go for those few items that we don't pick up at big box stores. Remember, quality / quantity is not expected at their price

Always a good deal and variety, sadly an older staff that seem very unhappy to be working at this stage of their life and it shows at the checkout cashier team. I believe that improved management might make a happier work place, then maybe better customer service.

2 Horrible women work here. Lady Manager abused elderly customer. Yelled at her for accidentally trying to take full cart outside to car. This particular store has always been rude to customers. Unbelievable. Thankfully I was there to help the elderly women with her packages.

Dollar trees are really good stores they sell paper markers napkins lighters balloons cat lasers and a whole lot of other stuff at the Dollar tree totally recommended five stars in a minute here I'm going to show you a photo of Dollar tree on Google maps totally recommended five stars ???????????????????? ?? also you can get glue at the Dollar tree and you can get pens?️ at the Dollar tree here is the picture that I was talking about

This Dollar Tree is conveniently located in Bonita Springs and you can't go wrong with their vast selection of items and the price is unbeatable. Don't shop anywhere else before you go here and see how much you can save.

Plenty of great things in this dollar tree. unfortunately the loss of stars in my rating is from one single employee. i didn't catch her name but she was tall, blonde-ish and a little heavy set/big boned. when we went to checkout, my mom had used a random basket she found in an aisle to hold her things as she didn't expect to take so many things home. she put said basket on a shelf near the checkout. the employee and some other employee had been not doing anything talking around the store and she caught my mom doing that, walked over with her cart and said in an extremely rude tone "don't worry, we got it" threw the basket in her cart and rode away clearly talking bad about us. my mom didn't realize as it was all happening behind her back and she was greeting the cashier and such. it was an extremely rude moment, we usually don't leave things lying around but we found the basket laying around to behind with. there was one other employee, she seemed a little special, who helped us out find another electric pencil sharpener as my sister had dropped one and broke it. we offered to pay but the employee was nice enough to tell us not to worry, she'll put it in the back in damages and find us another one. she was A-1 and extremely kind and patient, other tall blonde-ish mean lady should learn a thing or two from her.
