Been a customer for 10+years with many different exotic cars that I own. Michael T. Is very good as service advisor he is on the ball, knows his stuff and always professional and accommodating. He also always make sure he has the parts in the shop and ready before I arrive to save time.I recently in Nov 2023 had my Bentley Bentayga serviced. Oil change, cabin and engine filters and new battery. They got me in and out promptly and correctly with all oem parts and way better price and customer service then the dealer. Scott M the shop foreman is so knowledgeable, friendly, and runs a great crew of techs. The tech Kyle who worked on my Bentley came and talked to me, he was very professional and qualified. He answered all my questions and concerns and really went the extra mile. I'm very picky with my vehicles and I trust Debold 100% and they will always get my business.

The Debold German Auto Nightmare – 1 Star ReviewMy beautiful classic 1979 450sl Mercedes was brought to Debold, Bonita Springs on a bed truck after I found a puddle of oil on my garage floor right under the right rear CV Boot of the car. I decided not to drive it there as a matter of precaution and thus, prevent consequent damage to components to the rear transmission. Before I begin, let me state emphatically that my car's engine was working perfectly a the time it was brought to Debold with no issues for the last 32 years I've owned it. I brought the car with the CV boot oil leak as being the main issue and then while there, I decided to have the engine's vacuum lines replaced as a matter of prevention, as I figured the car has been garaged during my 32 years of ownership and this vacuum lines do dry-rot.Brad, took the original order. I explained to him that the source of the oil leak was from the right rear CV Boot since the oil puddle was immediately beneath it, NOT the Differential, which wasn't dripping any oil on my garage floor!3 weeks later, I went to pick up the car and found out that the CV Boot had not been fixed; but instead, they had re-sealed the Differential at a cost of $1,183.Worse yet, they allowed me to drive the car w/o fixing the problem it had initially been brought in for. When I wanted to confront Brad with the issue, Mike told me "Brad had quit his job", so he wasn't there to confirm my initial warning about the Differential not being an issue. Once I was inside the car, I proceeded to start the engine, but was hard to start (something that never happened when the engine was cold), finally, after several tries, it did start; however, it was running so horribly rough that the car shook, while having a very low idle.I immediately turned around and returned the car and told Mike they needed to get the engine running at least as smoothly as it did when I first brought it in, if anything it should have been running even better after replacing the vacuum lines. During this conversation, as a matter of prevention of any future issues with the Timing Chain (Which, Scott the mechanic had warned me about; he said it costs a fortune to repair the damage it can cause to an engine when the T. chain breaks), I then asked them to check the TC guides and call me back with an estimate to replace them if needed. Four days later, after no callback, I called them to find out about the estimate, Mike told me that Scott the mechanic was on vacation, and...are you ready? ...he said "the engine wasn't running at all". I responded that the engine had been running in perfect condition when I first brought it in,; in fact, although running rough, the engine ran when I first got the car back from them, all it needed was to replace the vacuum lines as a preventive measure against future problems as it shouldn't have affected its normal running, (this, provided the vacuum lines were installed correctly). So, what was done to this engine that made it "dead weight" just before it left Debolt? What are the odds of an engine that never gave any problems in the last 32 years that I owned this car; NOW, IN THIS TIME AND PLACE, this engine is NOT starting AT ALL folks? .....and especially after being charged $800 to replace those vac. lines?.$ha$hing!!! is the answer .This smells awfully fishy to me folks! Specially since, later on at home, I found the engine covers bolts were lose, indicating someone was inside this engine, doing Lord knows what to it.The other thing that they did, (which in my opinion wasn't needed), was to reseal the rear Differential case ( for which I was charged $1,183) since there wasn't any oil leaks dripping on my garage floor directly from the rear Differential Case. I was furious at this point, I told Mike I would be sending a bed truck to pick up my car, which I felt, was definitely in the wrong hands. By now, the towing fees were up to $350.00.By the way, the rear CV Boot,( being the main reason I brought the car to beg

Told me I need new tires because they were "at the wear bar"; that is not even remotely the case. Be careful of the upsell.

It's a rare thing when you have a car dealer that is implicitly honest with what they are selling and one that actually listens to what the customer is looking for. Ed is that person and I am more than pleased w/his attitude, response time and overall service. I may or may not purchase a car from DeBold but that's only because they may not have the car I need due to my OCD but that would be the only reason. Definitely give DeBold a try as you will be very pleased with how they do business.

I have used them for work on my 2018 Audi S5 and my 2003 Porsche 911. Have always been happy with the work and the customer service level. Recently thought my Black on Black 2003 Porsche was not looking very sharp. Swirls from car wash ( I know shame on me) and lots or dulling and fading. Was considering a $2,000 refinish with ceramic coating. Asked what they could do. They said it would be $275 but honestly weren't sure they could get it to were I wanted it. Was delighted when I picked it up and it looked like it just came off the showroom floor. Fabulous job. Under promise over deliver!! Unheard of. Hats off. Highly recommend these guys.

Debold Auto Bonita Springs knowingly sold me a vehicle with an oil leak. Within a month after purchasing the vehicle I took it for a normal oil change and mentioned the leak. They repaired two gaskets for several hundred dollars and there was still a leak! Back to them for another checkup - now its the oil pan leaking - more money. Never Never Never deal with them. All they care about is selling you something. No integrity whatsoever.
