This CVS has excellent employees. They are helpful and pleasant. That has not been my experience in other CVS stores, particularly where I live in CT.

The cashier checks my purchase, my question is why? DidI am making my self-payment and she comes to verify if the products I have are correct with what I am going to pay. Why me ?? And to all the Americans who were there, she did not do the same. It never happened to me. I am putting this as a complaint. You can't doubt anyone without evidence and I didn't defend myself at the same time for not knowing English. But here I leave my complaint, if you think, cashier friend, that Hispanics are thieves, be very careful because I can take you to court and I will return to that store. I work at Shaw very close.

Darla was a lifesaver! I just started a new job and was texted by my new boss as an emergency needing to purchase $1500 worth of gift cards. She alerted me to the fact it might be a scam and I assured her it came from my boss as the text showed his full name. Never would I have imagined someone would know who my boss was or his name specifically. She was pretty reluctant and tried hard to get me to think through it. Thankfully as a few more minutes passed, a wave a realization came over me and Darla was VERY good at protecting her customer and I want her to be recognized for all the effort she put into helping to prevent me from this tragic error. She is an amazing employee!

We used to be Walgreens customers. Walgreens was AWESOME!! But my wife's insurance is affiliated with CVS and not Walgreens so we had to change. This particular location used to have a great pharmacy staff (about 3-4 years ago). Now the staff is horrendous. Inexperienced, uncaring, impatient, and generally unprofessional. The worst part is the older male pharmacist - he is downright nasty. It is visibly apparent that the young workers there are intimidated by him and his terrible personality. He barked at my mother in-law and I the other day when we were trying to return incorrect diabetes supplies that she had been given by another pharmacist the prior day (the pharmacist's fault). He was instantly aggressive and rude with us. I had to tell him to calm down. I'm 6'3" 245 pounds and from The Bronx. If he is ever aggressive or rude like that with any of my family members going forward, I will come to the store and snap him in half. He has been warned.The one saving grace for this location is the store manager Kim. She is genuinely very helpful and friendly, but the folks behind the pharmacy counter are a completely different story.

Do not go here. Customer service is none existent and the staff could care less if you wait forever for your medication. The WORST pharmacy I’ve ever encountered.

This is the worst pharmacy that I have ever seen in my 73 years. They are obscenely slow , and also rude. My wife ordered a prescription for a severe headache on Monday night, and it won't be ready until Wednesday afternoon!! They need to observe the Miromar CVS , and watch how efficient and polite their employees are.

Pharmacy personnel are rude and could not care less about getting you your prescriptions when you need them or even when they say they will be ready.CVS is too big to care.

I have had a horrible time with a prescription that I have been taking for over five years, and Allie (one of the pharmacy managers) went above and beyond to help me. She kept me in constant communication, and was able to locate what I needed in less than 12 hours. She treated me like I was a human being, and I witnessed her treating other patients the same way. She was also very kind to the techs that were working with her. This is by far the best experience I’ve had at any CVS pharmacy, and I will continue to recommend this location to anyone I can!

I wanted the latest covid vaccine and I wanted the moderna. I went to the website for this store and made an appointment online. It was very straightforward. Showed up at my appointment time and was very quickly given the shot.

I can only speak to the retail staff, specifically the cashier that checked us out last night. Her name was Monica and she was very good, multi tasking, nice to customers and efficient and by far the best cashier I have encountered at any CVS since moving to Fla. As for reviews on the pharmacy, I have not been to the this one however the CVS pharmacy by JetBlue is also horrendous and compassion and kindness is sorely lacking at that location and a surly and rude behavior is what I personally encountered. For this reason, I only shop retail at CVS when needed and rely on Walgreens primarily. I would say that if I encountered staff like Monica last night I might consider shopping CVS more frequently.
