I had a very sophisticated call from Americans saying my account through PayPal has been compromised and I need to lock my finances down. They put me through to FTC agent which wasn’t one. However I did not catch that it was a scan immediately and went to CVS to pick up two gift cards and they said I would meet with the federal officer the next day. Not to talk to anybody about it because the scammers whoever they may be might know. When I was in the checkout line Gillian heard the voice on the telephone. And she said hang up! Which I did. It turned out to be a scam and I would’ve fallen for it if it wasn’t for Gillian. I would’ve lost $1000. I then gave Gillian a hug and thank her. I’ve been in business and banking consulting for decades and I know a good employee when I come across them. She should be commended for her proficiency in this matter. If I wasn’t retired and I was still running mortgage banking firms I would be hiring this girl, she’s a keeper. Thank you all at CVS for having such an employee. This was at the Bonita Beach Road store in Bonita Springs Florida.

Worst I've ever dealt with no one helps you wait at pharmacy is more than half hour. I had problems with prescription called was hung up on 7 times between pharmacy and store.

I’ve called the CVS in Florida Bonita Springs and was on hold for a half hour and no one answered. That is utterly unacceptable. Now I have to go there to get the information I want.

Been coming here for years and every year they get busier and busier. The staff works so hard to move as fast as they can to get everyone’s order filled. I felt bad and wanted to help them. Their customers need to practice “patience”. Keep up the hard work staff. I KNOW your job isn’t easy but you all do so well at it. Kudos to you.

We showed up at the Pharmacy 18 minutes before close. Alyson was able to fill my wife's prescription and have it ready before they closed. She went above amd beyond! She could've easily had us wait until the morning to pick-up. Thank you Alyson!

We have unfortunately needed monthly pharmacy services since 2019. I have had many unfavorable experiences but today I am finally writing a review. I called to make sure the prescriptions I needed were in stock and instead of the lady on the phone responding with care..she told me she had over 100 prescriptions to fill ahead of mine and she didn’t even have time to check and that if they were not in stock I could just await an automated text. I told her I understand she is busy and that I didn’t mind waiting on hold if the store did not have them. She would not even check to see if they were in stock. They are not kind or helpful and often act very gruff and rude. This terrible service should not be allowed.

20 minutes waitin in the line tompick up prescripción. Only one person working and to much time with one person assinting
