I tried drive through which was closed for a few days. It could be a staff shortage. \nI went in the store on 1/13/24 about the time they opened. There was a line ahead with 3 people. The pharmacist was alone. He was very pleasant & informative, at the same time looking to see if any team members were coming in.\nWhen I left, there were about 4 people in line behind me & he was still alone.\nI have used CVS Pharmacy for years. I have always had good & friendly service.\nSooo, apparently there is a need for more staff.\nAlso, if I call, no one ever picks up even after waiting an hour.\nThe phone was ringing when I was there & it was never answered. I understand why, since the pharmacist was alone & he could only do so much.\nI hope something can be done to get more staff.\nAlso, many people have returned from up North so it is very busy.\nThanks for any help you may be able to provide. \nMary Lemmer

Hubs \\u0026 I switched our prescriptions here this year and grateful - service and wait time is SO much better here! We'll be back.
