If you like wasting your money then don't take your car to Carlos. I went to Tuffys to get an estimate on air conditioner repair and they were almost double the price. Not only was Carlos more reasonable but he is such a nice man.

If you like wasting your money on overpriced mechanics, then don't go see Carlos. I first went to Tuffys to get an estimate on my air conditioner repair. They were almost double the price of Carlos. Not only was Carlos more reasonable, but he is such a nice man.

Able to repair a 13 year old Lincoln MKX from 13.2 mpg to 17.5 mpg unthinkable as a new car rated 17.0 - 18.0 MPG. Congratulations Carlos and staff. Can’t wait for the results on open road driving. Also at a fair price Thank you RonYou have my recommendations.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I’ve got a Tahoe with over 475,000 miles. Many auto repair shops get excited trying to find expensive repairs they think I need. Brought my vehicle in for a simple repair and Carlos had it in and out in a few hours and only charged me half of what I was expecting. Great business!

I had my car repaired by them. My car was stalling and overheating. They replaced the electric fan assembly, flushed the engine cooling system bled air top of fluids on 10/07/2022. I drove the car for little over 1 week and it started doing the same thing as before, the service engine light was flashing. So, I called them to see if I could take it to the shop. He replied he was getting ready to leave for the day (this was a Saturday). I did not drive the car anymore, and I had towed to his shop on Monday the 18th. I told him that I needed to know what was needed and the price, he proceeded to complete the job without informing of the cost until after completion. He had one of his employees pick me up and drove back to the shop. I paid the bill in cash! I entered my vehicle, put on the seat belt, started the engine and noticed the Air Bag button was flashing. I turned off the car and went into the shop and asked if they knew what what it meant and why would it be going off. He told me that he did not know, So I called the owner Carlos and asked him why it would be flashing and if it could have been from the work they did. He told me.....That I could not prove to him that he did it. NOT to call or go to him again. All I did was ask a question, I was not rude. I took the car the next day to my regular mechanic and the results are "Code found front crash sensor B103S found sensor not plugged in after cooling fan replacement" He needs to not only apologize but pay this bill. All he had to do was scan for the code to see that it was a mistake on his part and reconnect the part. IF, I would have had or been involved in an accident My insurance would have denied the claim because of his error and ignorance or not wanting to look into the matter.

I took the SAME car 3 times and he didn't fix anything, he just took more money and wasted my time, NOTHING professional.
I took the same car there 3 times and they didn't do anything but waste my money and time my car has the same problems and 0 professional.
