This was a sad visit for its reason but the office and its staff were amazing. Took as much time as we needed to talk or make decisions, were extremely caring through the whole visit and treated my fur love so great. We could not have asked for any better people to help us through this. I have no doubt that they will make this process as easy as possible. Truly wonderful people.

I was totally blindsided with my buddy's chemodectoma diagnosis by another office, which was an awful experience. They gave me zero recommendations and told me there was prob nothing I could do. I went home and found Fetch (Bonita location) I called and they set us up with a consultation for the following morning. After explaining to me all of my options, and costs of each, we started his radiation the very next Monday. I cannot thank the entire staff at Fetch enough. They were so kind, compassionate and patient (with me asking 200 questions and being so anxious). Our little Bruin enjoyed going there and we are very hopeful for his continued health despite this diagnosis. They helped to ease my anxiety and I know they took the best care off our little guy. 10/10 recommend.

Worst communication ever, run around and bleed you for money when already wrote animal off! Next day to get animal body back is one lie after another!! Would never recommend them to someone who cares for their pets!!!

Many thanks to the wonderful staff at Fetch Vet. At the worst time in our dog’s life, we were so fortunate to have Dr. Ratterree and the staff at Fetch Vet (Jay, Samantha, Regina, Michele, Ally, et. al.) to care and treat our little guy with so much sweetness and kindness. Sometimes I thought they cared more than I did! While the future is uncertain, we go forward knowing that Dr. Ratterree and the staff provided the finest, exceptional care and treatment available to our little boy.Thank you.

I rarely write reviews but after almost a year after my dog's brain tumor diagnosis I wanted to share our experience with Fetch. After spending more than $10K in emergency vets, neurology appointments and dozens of medications we discovered Bilbo's brain tumor when it was in a late stage and inoperable due to the size and complexity of the surgery. His vet neurology at the moment gave him a prognosis of 3-6 months to live without a radiation therapy (only viable option since surgery was discarded and chemo had no clear results of improvements). After weeks thinking, we decided to schedule a virtual appointment with Dr. Ratterree to learn more about the treatment and pricing. Thanks to the help of dear friends and family we were able to pay for the treatment (not cheap at all) and on top of that my husband drove more than 5 thousand miles in less than a month (we live in south florida) to be able to commit with the treatment plan. At that time it was emotionally, physically and financially draining but almost a year later I can't say in words how happy we are seeing Bilbo back to his normal self, having a normal life despite his prognosis at that time. This week he is turning 6yo thanks to Fetch amazing team. We will be forever grateful!

I brought my dog for her first appointment/consultation yesterday. The staff and facility are fantastic. We met with Dr. Kosarek, she was very detailed and explained things in such a way that made it understanding. My dog has other health conditions outside of the newly dx of cancer so she is a bit of a complicated case. Dr. Kosarek explained why some options were not possible for my dog. She did discuss the best approach and we moved forward with her suggested treatment plan. When I checked my emails later that day I had a detailed clinical summary which was fantastic because it contained everything we discussed. They also sent the clinical details to the primary vet to keep them informed with the treatment. I know the cancer diagnosis is scary and you don’t know what you are getting into but they made me feel as ease and comfortable. Who knows what the future brings but we will hope for the best prepare for the worst.

Fetch was one of the best places for our dog to receive his lymphoblastic lymphoma Care. The treatment time was short, he appreciated that and loved the staff ! We moved States and they were able to continue his care with no interruptions. He received loving care, and I couldn’t be happier with your team.

Emma, our 11 year old West Highland White Terrier (a Westie) just completed 20 radiation therapy treatments for a transitional cell carcinoma of the bladder at Fetch in Bonita Springs, FL. As her dad, I can’t express enough appreciation for the absolutely wonderful care she is receiving. Emma actually loved going there and she would make up her bed when she settled in each day. She will likely need chemotherapy in the coming weeks. Thank you everyone for her wonderful care and while we do not know the final outcome, our furbaby will be forever grateful for your efforts to extend her life and give her more time to be spoiled by her two dads.

An absolute horrible experience. I should have run for the door when I walked in and was overwhelmed by the smell of mold. Our beloved cat, Gidget, was diagnosed with lymphoma and a treatment plan or 4 radiation sessions followed by 3 chemo treatments was drawn up by Dr. Ratterree and a deposit of over $3000 was given. That didn’t include each time she was treated. After 3 radiation treatments she was given a clean bill of health (for the time being) When they bought her out to me they gave me a “graduation certificate” and tied a little bandanna stating “cancer survivor”. We were thrilled. I did ask if we would be getting money back because she only had less than half of the treatments, they said no. I was never satisfied with their answer that it was part of the original plan. Sounds like bad planning to me! Unfortunately, I am not done. A week later we brought her back because she was lethargic. She was tested for pancreatitis and was told the results would take 24 hours. I never got a call the next day which was Thursday. On Friday I called them and was told the results did come in but Dr. Ratterree wasn’t in that day and he would call me the following Monday. NOT ACCEPTABLE. I told her the urgency of how sick Gidget was and she said someone would call. When she called back she said she spoke with the Dr and Gidget did in fact have pancreatitis and needed IV fluids. It was recommended we contact our primary vet to come up with a plan as they are not open weekends. It would not make sense to start her on an IV only to remove it and bring her to a 24 hospital. I reached out to her primary care who reached out to Dr. Ratterree who informed our vet that I must have changed my mind because he had thought we were bringing her to Fetch to start the IV treatment. Wait? What? Our vet suggested taking her to Florida Veterinary Referral Center which we did right away. Fetch didn’t send over her records including her newest blood results for several hours. I had to call them twice. I got the call late that the lymphoma was back and aggressive. When they suggested a feeding tube and a transfusion we had to say goodbye. We couldn’t do that to her. FLVRC is compassionate, caring, professional and thorough. The complete opposite of Fetch. We spent over $7000 at Fetch for less than half of the treatments planned. It’s not so much the money as causing Gidget to suffer unnecessarily. There are many more examples of their incompetence but I believe I have said enough. We put Gidget down last Saturday morning and I still have not heard from them. No compassion whatsoever, just looking for the almighty dollar.

Dr. Kosarek and her team are caring professionals who bring knowledge and empathy to work every day. She clearly explains the options and likely effects and outcomes of treatments, and the Fetch facility utilizes the same medical tools and safety protocols as a hospital for humans.I wholeheartedly recommend Fetch for oncological veterinarian services.
