I gave them a call and they didn’t have the time to do what I wanted the day I called and they told me next week the could so I say no thanks you and they rudely just hung up the phone horrible customer service

Very disappointed with this business just charged 252.65 for installation of 4 tires ( that’s not including the tires which I purchased separately) complete rip-off. Hopefully you won’t make similar mistake!!! Now doing business as Backyard Customs Diesel ???

Total rip-off was charged 252.65 to install 4 tires that I purchased online. That's right 250 for installation only! No balance no nothing just switch out tires Please don't make same mistake. Now they are doing business Backyard Customs Diesel. Would not recommend

I had an 8:15 appointment this morning. When I arrived, early, they said ‘sorry’, we’re over committed and can’t help you. No call in advance. Just a wasted trip. Never again with these folks.

I use these guys to do all of my car repairs. I always get the best tires here too. The owner Bill is such a nice guy and always works with me. He's even personally given me a ride home after dropping off my car to get repaired by him. I ended up needing an entirely new engine put in but at least I can rely on him and his staff to always do a great job.

I love this place but what happened to our great honest guy Billy? This place has been sitting locked upStill has a sign so not closed up but you can’t leave phone message…although phone is working? Anyone know anything?
