The items in the store are incredibly organized and CLEAN, the book section is like a library, sorted by type and author. Book prices and many items are very reasonable, but some items are way overpriced. I realize they are raising money for an excellent cause and need to pay expenses, but some prices were the same as if you bought them brand new. If you are bringing items to donate, you should call ahead because they are overstocked on several types of items and won't take more. The volunteer was very nice and I loved that she told me what they didn't take instead of just throwing stuff in the trash.

You can find some great finds here! The prices are pretty on point for most of their stuff and you can find some really high quality pieces at great prices! They also have a huge inventory! The thing that makes this place special is the people. The customer service here is amazing. I was new to the area and needed to furnish my entire condo. Erica, Carlos, and everyone was so helpful! I'm so thankful!

This is my favorite thrift store around! Prices are great! The store is kept organized and has a variety of items. Erica and Teresa are the best!!!! The sweetest and most caring ladies! I love them! This store has a feel of community and does not take advantage with outrageous prices like many other thrift stores do. I know because I got to ALL of them in Lee, Collier and beyond. Best thrift store hands down!

Great thrift store. Stopped in while vacationing in Bonita Springs. I was surprised by how large the store is. It's spaced throughout several buildings and well-organized by category (i.e. clothes, housewares, books, etc). My particular interest was in books and I was impressed with how well they were categorized and organized so you could see each title. The books were in excellent quality, many looked brand new! Prices were the best I've seen and I go to thrift stores frequently throughout the east coast. $2 for hardcover and $0.50-1.00 for paperback. Most other things I glanced at seemed to be equally well-priced. The employee at the front desk was super nice. This place definitely seems to be a staple for its community. I was there on a Saturday morning and it was quite busy! Would definitely go back.

Great selection of clothes, furniture, kitchen, books. Best prices, frequent 1/2 off sales. Donate old glasses to their eye clinic. This is the highest grossing Lion's thrift in the world! Make the effort to donate--- don't throw things out that still have service left!

I love the Bonita Lions thrift store. They really have stepped up an organized the place well. The prices are accessible to the community. I lost everything hurricane Ian and had to start from scratch. Couldn't do that at many of the other thrift stores. They really care about the cimmunity.

My husband was nice enough to drop off our new and gently used items after our garage sale in March 2022. The gentleman who received our items ( I believe his name was Russ) was rude and very ungrateful for our donation to the point that my husband was ready to pack everything up and take it to the dump! We truly believe in the Lions Club Mission and all they do for our local community. This man's attitude was uncalled for and lacked any professionalism in his customer service abilities!!! I am hoping that this is not how other donators are treated. I just wanted to rant and call this man out. To the general Lions Club...thank you for all you do for our community!!!

I contacted the Lions Club to donate my mother's furniture who recently passed away. Her apartment was to be cleared by the following week. I sent photos of the items and the representative accepted a bedroom dresser and mirror, 2 bedroom night stands, an armoire, and a dining room buffet. I was given the pick up date (for the next week) and told pick up would be between 9AM-1PM. The truck and two gentleman arrived and saw the items to be picked up and said they didn't have space in the store for this furniture. They said they could take the furniture to the dump for a fee. If the Lions Club did not have space for the furniture (of which they had photos), why did they schedule the pick u? I refused to have them take the furniture and found a wonderful store that would accept the furniture. The Guadalupe Resale Store came to the rescue and took my information and said they would be able to pick up the furniture within 24 hours. To my surprise, I received a phone call from Move Me who picks up items for the Guadalupe Resale Store and they were at the apartment within 20 minutes. The gentleman were efficient, friendly, and professional. I highly recommend contacting the Guadalupe Resale Store to donate gently used furniture and Move Me as a moving company. Do not contact the Lions Club of Bonita Springs to donate furniture. They do not honor their commitment to pick up an approved donation once arriving to the designated location, try to talk you into removing the furniture to a dump for a fee and ultimately, leave you looking for another nonprofit organization.
