Just heads up they do not take care of there warranty My friend just bought a new refrigerator GE it just quit cooling she called Bill Smith and they came out and looked which took a long time for them to come out and look and then they said it was a GE problem so she came out and it took a long time for them to get the parts and then they got the parts and they were the wrong parts and different parts and it was gonna take a two-man team to repair it so a month and three days later, she finally got a refrigerator, but Bill Smith did her no favors! GE was great getting it put back together and they were very respectful. Had nothing to do with GE had a lot to do with just Bill Smith someone in Bonita on 41 and I don't remember the name just down Mel's diner.

We purchased a Bosch dishwasher about five months ago. It stopped working today and called for service. We were told the earliest they could come was in three weeks. That is three weeks for a dishwasher that is not working.That's not acceptable for a dishwasher that's under warranty. Would not deal with them again.

Bill Smith appliance in Naples FL has given terrible service. I was told by the salesman if our stove didnt get delivered by a certain date they would refund our deposit. as the date past and frustration set in, i asked for my refund, i was told they would not refund me because they pulled up the manifest and it was on the truck from the factory. i told them to email a copy of the manifest. no manifest came, they obviously were not telling the truth. i received a call from the manager he told he found the same stove in his warehouse and will deliver it monday. he had no comment when asked about the manifest they were to email me. delivered with no box no manual no serial # or model #.Guess what this supposedly new stove stop working 2 months later, it was 2 weeks before a BILL SMITH tech came out had no parts to fix it, now we are to wait for the parts and for them to dispatch him back. Store manager called, i told him i wanted a new stove or money refund. He refused, he went on to tell me about his stove top does not work and he is waiting for parts. thats just life was his response. if anyone can help me with this or give advise please do.

I would give zero stars if possible. Horrible customer service which seems to be there norm. Ordered refrigerator/freezer in November, of course they have no idea of when it will come in. Finally get a call to set a date for delivery mid Jan. Wait all day supposed to be 10-3 delivery, call at 330, I was told no, it is 3-6. Finally arrive at 5, they then finally inspect refrigerator and find it has huge dent and broken ice/water dispenser. No call from office. We need to call them, they say they will order new one again with no time frame. They make no efforts to compensate us. Still have not heard one word from them and paid on refrigerator since ordered in November.

Bill Smith Appliances & Electronics My husband and I were on the hunt for a new dishwasher and refrigerator 12/30/23. First stop. Bill Smith, Neapolitan Way, Naples, FL. There were 4 salespeople working. Not one other person in the store!!! A salesman came up to myself and my husband asking what we were looking for. I told him a Bosch dishwasher. We saw one we liked and asked him if the price was the bottom line. His reply yes and it will take 4-6 weeks to have it delivered. Not one more word came out of his mouth. Not can I show you something comparable, not is there anything else you are looking for, not how are you today, not we are having a new year sale soon, not how was your holidays, not have you been to any other appliance dealers as we can match their price. NOTHING. Note to owner, do yourself a favor hire better salespeople. You lost a great sale due to horrible service. Went to Good Deals and bought a Whirlpool dishwasher and refrigerator. Salesperson was wonderful. Gave us the sales price before it was on sale. Spent a lot of time with us and answered all our questions. Spent $5000.00 and bought 2 great appliances with 5-year warranty. Do yourself a favor skip Bill Smith and go right to Good Deals. Oh, we received our appliances within 5 days with no wait.

Went into the Naples location with limited knowledge of appliances. Sally our sales rep was amazing. Extremely helpful, patient and knowledgeable. We left there feeling great about our complete appliance package purchase

We walked in with two brands in mind, the LG or GE washer/dryer combo. Benjamin provided us with the differences between the two in great detail. He advised that both are highly rated. Because the GE dryer had a steam option and the GE washer had the anti mold gasket and the auto feed detergent option, we chose it. Both are not in stock so my review is based on working with our sales rep Benjamin.

Absolutely perfect. My refrigerator wasn't working and I went in to store, picked one out and they delivered it the next day. Have been dealing with them for 23 years and can't say enough about them.

We were greeted by a very knowledgeable salesperson. Our stove was not in stock at signing of purchase, but received a follow-up call within the hour to let us know one was available and could be delivered the next day. We called for our delivery window and was greeted professionally with delivery information. The delivery men were very friendly and professional. All-in-all a great experience.

I chose a microwave from Bill Smith. Paid for it before I left. I was told I should pay the installer when he finished the job. Their installers don't work after 4 p.m. so working folks beware. My husband agreed to take time off from work and even came home an extra hour earlier just to be safe. We were told the installer would call the morning of the job. My husband never received a call. The installer never showed up. I was pretty frustrated and my husband said cancel the order. I said I was going to wait for a call so someone could explain. I got the call.....5 days later! After multiple apologies from the sales person, we set a new date. This time I had to take time off from work. When I was halfway home I noticed a vm that was asking if Friday would be a good day to reschedule the install. I didn't even know I needed to reschedule! I got home and waited thinking there must be a mistake. nope. So I waited again for a call from Bill Smith to explain. No call. I called the next day. "Oh, yes, Mrs. E. It turns out the microwave wasn't at the right warehouse so we'll need to reschedule." I said I wanted to talk to my salesperson. I was told he would be in the next day. No call. I called yesterday and was told he wouldn't be back for another week. I finally called and canceled. Communication is horrible.

Long time customer but no more after they sold me a lemon Bosch DW leaves dishes wet. All Bosch's now have wet problem but they still send techs to waste time instead of telling truth that Bosch no longer has heater to dry dishes. Don't shop at Bill Smith they sell lemons.
