We rented room 1303 on Airbnb. Pictures was a little deceiving with the pull out couch so it seems like there's a separate bedroom but it's a studio suite. We adjusted fine but if end up with a much later bedtime than usually at home. The blinds had broken strips so it doesn't cover fully the patio deck door to keep the light out. I would give it 3 stars but I'm not a big fan of bugs and leftover hair on the shower walls. That's the most disgusting thing to me for cleanliness. Immediately, when we entered the room, I had to kill a few bugs and that gave me the uneasy feeling. The pool was nice and convenient in the same building. It seemed bigger than the pool in building 5 but there's a hot tub in building 5's pool area. The stairwell are not sweep regularly as commented by my six year old daughter. If it was cleaner she would like the place better. She's like me not a big person but much worst than I am as she would scream if a big came near. My husband was the one that did the booking and communicated with the owner. There were a few broken things like the toilet paper holder, the one side of the screw is almost pulled out of the wall. The towel ring came off the wall right away and my husband couldn't figure out how to put it back on the holder. Pots and pans were not cleaned very well previously and would need to be rewashed before used. The location is great. Only a few minutes walk to the beach so that was nice. I didn't like the salt water pool. Getting in and out of the club is a pain. Cross at your risk at one of the intersection to leave the club. At another entrance, then you are lucky to have the traffic light to direct. There are two community grills close by the tennis court but we didn't know until it was too late. Ample guest parking,

Apartment complex very well located. With swimming pool, tennis courts and parking. A few meters from the beach.

We stayed on the tenth (top) floor. This is a wonderful place to stay in Bonita Springs. The sunsets a fabulous.

Very nice and you can walk to the beach, so parking is a non-issue. Lots of amenities.
