We are so excited to have discovered B. Franklin Jewelers! We went in to have a wedding band resized. The owner, Brad Mathews could not have been more accommodating. He explained that it was a simple process to adjust the ring size. Not only was the job completely the next day, but at a very reasonable price!He also answered all our questions with ease and true knowledge of his business. In future, B. This is a terrific small business with impeccable customer service. As a result of my ring finger being injured several months ago, my three-piece wedding ring set needed to be resized. This was no small job, as all three rings needed to be increased by a full size. They did the most beautiful job for me, and all three rings fit perfectly and look brand new. Also, very surprisingly, the job only took two days, and they called me as soon as they were ready. I also had them re-solder a post back onto an earring, and once again, a perfect job! I'm a customer for life!

EXCELLENT, KIND and FAST SERVICE! I needed a repair on my wedding ring. Ever since a Different Large Jeweler did a very expensive repair on my ring, it kept getting caught on my clothes.After reading GREAT REVIEWS on NextDoor.com, I took my ring toB Fredrickson Jewelry and he was able to fix my ring while I waited.I wish I would have taken my ring to B Fredrickson Jewelry in the first place.Thank you so much!

Easy to find, right off Bonita Beach Road. Benny, an adorable doggy employee wannabe greeted me from his seat at the desk. I was smitten. The jewelers were helpful, explaining the process for soldering my rings. Very friendly and skilled at their work. My ring turned out more beautiful than I could imagine. I would give this business an A+ and recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

Wonderful service to make extensive repairs to my engagement ring. Pat did extensive research to find and explain choices for replacement setting. I had complete confidence in the advice and service I was getting and the result was perfect. Jewelry for sale at this independent store is beautiful, tasteful and covers a range of cost.

Friendly staff and extremely helpful. I went in for a chain repair and he was able to fix a door hinge to an antique piece that I couldn't find a replacement for and too small for welders to fix. Thank you!
