“Detailed, honest, quality, fair, and efficient are a few words to describe my experience at R.E.A Auto & Tuning. I had my Jeep at the dealership and was close to approving the estimate. My husband suggested I get a second opinion. R.E.A was recommended to me by a friend. Thank goodness I listened! Brian reviewed a video sent to me by the dealership for my Jeep detailing their findings and recommendations. "We know these vehicles so well that I know you need a new evaporator," the dealership mechanic said. Brian at R.E.A told me they have to do a dye test to confirm a leak, yet the dealership never did this. Their mechanic went on a hunch, and from "knowing these vehicles so well." I picked up my Jeep and brought it to Brian at R.E.A. He did a thorough diagnostic and said there was no leak. Freon is all it needed! Brian saved me unnecessary work and a few thousand dollars. I will NEVER take my vehicles anywhere else but to R.E.A. THANK YOU, Brian and Blake for your customer service, honesty, and work.”

The dealerships absolutely rip you off and even one of the biggest custom truck shops in Naples performed dodgy work on my truck that had to have fixed somewhere else. Rudy and his family are great people that take pride in their work and I will only be going to him now to have anything else done on my truck.”
“I have been using Broders Motors for a while now, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the service. As someone who values trust and reliability in a mechanic Broders motors is great and exactly that. Before my Mercedes I had an older Jaguar with numerous issues. We know how complicated they can get. Jose at Broders motors told me straight up that he could keep working on it and draining me, however, that is not his intention. I took his recommendation and got rid of the car. I respected that!”

“A few years ago, my brakes were making a strange sound, and this shop was recommended to me by a friend. So, I thought I would give them a try. I have to say, I feel genuinely lucky to have found them. There are so many car repair shops and you never really know what you’re getting into when you go for a repair. But with these guys, I have always been impressed by their careful investigation of any problems my car is having, and most importantly their honesty about repairs needed. I once brought my wife’s car in when her AC suddenly stopped working, and they got me in right away. I was sure I was looking at spending a lot of money for a new AC system, and mentioned that when I dropped the car off. After they had a chance to analyze the situation, they called me and told me they had found a way to fix the problem without replacing the AC system. It ended up being a lot less money than I expected because of their honesty.
Since then, I have had my cars into their shop for brakes, transmission work, and general service like oil changes, and each time I have been happy and satisfied.”

I brought my truck in the next day and they had it working by end of day. they could have done whatever they wanted and I would have believed them - but he said good news just needed a basic tune up and they pumped up all the tires.
Very thankful for honest and prompt service - they are keeping Integrity Services on the road!”

Fortunately the shop was not too busy so I waited a little less than the projected wait time. The waiting area was comfortable, the service seemed to have been performed very competently, and the tech with whom I dealt seemed very friendly and knowledgeable. And there was no upselling, either.”

“Excellent service and great price! This is a VERY honest shop - they did not try to sell me any unneeded services. Germain Lexus told me my RX350 (with only 35k miles) needed over $1800 of service after my "free oil change" (having purchased the vehicle there). Shariff, the owner of Lexpert, said my car only needed $80 of service to replace 2 filters. I would highly recommend this business!”
