Probably the busiest Gas Station in Bonita. You can afford to HIRE A CLEANING CREW!! THE BATHROOMS AND FOOD AREA IS FILTHY!!The employee behind counter was the only positive experience.....

i am here often and typically helpful workers with a smile on their faces. This morning woman behind counter having 10 minute conversation about a concert she went to while all of the coffee was empty. When I asked her if she could make some she gasped like I was out of line to ask her to do her job. Then stomped over slammed and banged all the stuff around when making coffee.. a minute later another customer came in and asked her to make decaf which was also empty and she acted the same way....will find a new place to get my morning coffee

Extremely bad customer service.I come in and pay for a small slushi: they charge me more than a dollar with my rewards. Like they canceling my number.Then I come back into the store. And PAID for a big gulp and small cup of ice.Then when I am walking out there is a dollar magically on the floor. So I picked it up and kept it.The soda was Extremely flat and disgusting.So I threw it . I came back grabbed a second cup grabbed a different flavor took a sip to try if the machine was flat, it was spilled the lil test sip out. Then I grabbed a iced coffee. 2.23So now I'm walking to my car to get my car because I've been at a 10 min parking for a little while. To pay for my drink and move.The store manager walks out and follows me to the car and says I come back into the store. I already came in twice. I need to leave and not come back. Ever.When I came and paid for items twice.And took a loss from. Soda.I deserve a refund.

I had a real bad customer service yesterday Feb. 4th at 2:25pm.I came in to get a $.99 big gulp.It rang up $1.49. I questioned it.The cashier was real rude and said thats the price if you don't have the rewards card. DIDN'T YOU READ THE SIGN. I told him it wasn't in the past. Then I had to ask him if I signed up would i get it for $.99.He said, yes so I signed up.While I was signing up he was bragging to his co-worker how many customers wouldn't read the small print and expect to get that price.He was very condensending and rude. Then after I signed up, it still was $1 49. He said you have 0 points you have to pay $1.49. I said I changed my mind and left.I still can't believe how rude he was and degrading and proud he could treat me so bad. Just because all I wanted was a $.99 fountain pop.And was bragging how rude he'd been to other customers while I was signing up for the rewards card.
