Spent $12 on gas which didn’t go through, walked in and demanded to know why the gas didn’t go into my tank. The man said there was very little he could do to fix the problem and refused me a refund for my troubles. Until this problem (which is the store’s fault no matter) I will NOT VISIT. FIX THIS PROBLEM!!!! That is $12 down the drain just so I could put gas in the tank.

There is a huge pothole outside the driveway. This should be fixed before someone has some serious damage to their car. This pothole is 5 to 6 inches deep. It has been there for quite sometime. This should be addressed immediately.

The 711 is clearly open for business however the employee has the door locked and won’t let customers in. There is also a huge pothole on the entrance in.

I come here all the time. The staff is friendly especially the gentleman that works there 12 hours day, I think his name is Maurice great guy and he deserves a raise

The cashier was extremely knowledgeable. When I asked for four packs of Marlboro Reds, she immediately knew which of the 100 or so types of Marlboros I had asked for and was able to quickly locate them on the shelf. She rang them up expertly, and even invited me to enter my 7-Eleven membership code to see if I qualified for a discount. Brilliant!

Not a super clean store. Went in for lottery tickets. The sign says masks required; it's not enforced. Employees don't wear masks either and are just behind a bit of a plastic shield.

The Hispanic lady who works sunday morning first shift extremely rude from moment I walk in the door, very unpleasant with me the customer, no smile and very rude. I would suggest to not go to this 711 especially on her shift, thought she worked in customer service industry. To top it off to other Latinos walked in behind me and she was all smiles, not knowing I also am fluent in espanol she made harsh comments about me the customer, very terrible experience

Your employees are coughing and sneezing and litterally drooling on my change and touching all over my drink ....I'm not one to over react but I've known this man to work here for awhile and he's an awesome employee but you need to make your employees wear masks and stay home if there sick ...and y'all should pay them to stay home and get tested ...not cool
