Can you please get your promotions figured out . It's like you have promotion signs everywhere but none of them actually work. Every time I grab the promotion item I have to have to remind them the sign over there says this is a promotion item. And even then half the time it don't work or they can't make it happen. So not only do they not give me the promotion price but they expect me to pay full amount. That's not how that works. Also not the friendliest people.

I stopped at this 7 11 gas station to gas up. I had a plastic trash bag in the back of my SUV and proceeded to throw it away in the garbage can next to the pump.
I immediately heard a 7 11 employee say to me " Uh uh we ain't going to do that! We're not going to be thrown out your personal trash. Take it out!"
I asked to speak with her supervisor who said I was not welcome at the store.
I do not recommend this location of 7 11 as the employees are very hostile and have forgotten the golden rule of customer service.

Stop here for a drink and grub sometimes, usually after midnight. Hard working , friendly clerk named Dave that works overnight! Great guy that stays busy all night long and definitely keeps the store stocked and in great shape!!! Absolutely an asset to this business!

On Wed., August 23rd 2023 I came in around 2AM or so to find a single worker there working hard all by herself. I talked with her for sometime before buying my item. She was friendly, polite, and a hard worker. I hope you keep up the great work! (And stay here in the city with us, we need more people like you)

I bought Vape pods and did not work went to return and they said they wouldn't at store did a review and had a reply saying they would look into it and give me some coupons or some kind of adjustment never heard anything so now I buy them at RaceTrac same price and if they don't work they just give you another pack don't buy anything at 7-Eleven

Very dirty. Poorly Poorly managed. I have to wait 15 minutes for the clerk in the bathroom because the manager Sacillia is more worried about her profits instead of taking care of the customers. Whoever the person is that is in charge of the 711s in this district needs to be fired.Pathetic how these stores are run
