This is for the store at Esto Fl only.I was glad to see the competition for Dollar General. when that happens it seems to better the service that is provided. My problem is simple. 1st, the cashback sign is ALWAYS out, there is no Cash Back at this location at any time any day. Today what was most disturbing, was a young man with his young child (maybe 4) asked to use the bathroom. The lady didn't hesitate and told this young man (with an obvious partial emergency) that the "Bathrooms are out of service" I told her, heck, they are only two months old, turns out to be a lie, she lied to the customer because she told me the reason was "people cannot ring the bowel". This is sad, and I will be checking up on this, as I go by there every day on my way home from work. I would expect, the bathrooms are open, and eventually, there should be a 'cash-back option' we'll see if management listens to their customer's needs. There is always Dollar General right down the street.

Over the past few year or so this store has really deteriorated. I have went there several times it was always a mess!! They just shut down to remodel the whole store! So it's been about a week or so and I thought I'd give it another shot. No go. There were boxes just sitting in the middle of isles, carts blocking aisles, laundry detergent was spilled all over the laundry containers and the shelving that was just put up! No it wasn't fresh because it was dried and looked like it had been dried for a while. The staff is always rude. I have put up with this long enough I will not go back! On another note one of the biggest problems I have is that every time I've walked in that store the manager would be on the store phone on a personal call telling them they better not try her her attitude is horrible

This store has made a miraculous recovery! The store looks great! Shelves are stocked and the store manager is a customer service professional! I'll be shopping here regularly.
