The pre-op process(ER) was confusing, and staff seemed not to know where to send me. But, the pre-op staff, nurses, technicians, and Dr Mitchum were awesome.

Front desk staff is friendly & kind, professional, doctor on staff was professional... nurse Brad not so much!! He makes people feel like crap.. bad attitude .... 😒 😑 we here because of sickness 😷 don't need be made feel worse..
