I believe this place is a scam. They posted for now hiring months ago, I came in for an interview and was interviewed and offered a job on the spot. Shook hands with the 'owner' and everything. Months went by no communication, I asked for my personal information back, (SSN etc) and was told they 'dont keep it at the office'
They now have that same job listed again, I'm reporting them for fraud. Super suspicious.

We needed the glass in 2 windows replaced. I stopped by they're office on a Thursday and had my new glass installed before lunch on Friday. Very fast and professional. I would definitely recommend them.

I have made seven separate visits to this shop in the past three months in a vain attempt to get a piece of round polycarbonate to replace a glass table top that cracked during Hurricane Ian. After seven visits and multiple promises to "get back to me" once they have a quote, I have given up and will go elsewhere. This shop also does not take credit cards nor will they order the item for me unless it is paid for in full beforehand. They are nice folks.....but virtually impossible to get anything out of them

Amazing place, kind hearted, honest, great prices. It's the only place that wanted to help me with a glass for my window. Everyone else didn't have the time, wanted tons of money or didn't exist. I will always keep my business with these lovely people. I wish them great prosperity.

Stop by this place about 10 days ago for a frameless shower door. Spoke with a lady at the front desk, she was very nice, she put her mask on and instructed me to wear one also, which I did . She wrote down all my informations including the measurements of my shower and advised me that someone would be calling me to set up an appointment to stop by my house for more measurements and an estimate.I am still waiting for that phone call!!!!!!!.........maybe it’s because I stated to her that I will not be wearing a mask in my own house whenever that person stops by but, of course, he or she was welcome to wear theirs. The lady wrote down what I said and explained she would relate the message......??????This business doesn’t belong in Florida but somewhere up North.

I purchased 4 hurricane doors and one large window from Pine Island Glass about 2006. They were not inexpensive, over $5000. My husband and brother did the installation. The doors needed some adjusting and weather seal replaced on one door. I called to have the doors serviced and was told they only service what they install. I will definitely remember that for any future glass, window or mirror needs we have and give my business to someone else. I would not recommend this business. They deserve 0 stars but this form won't permit me to post without giving at least one star.
