Easy 5 Star review.
Pine Island and Lee County (SW Florida) residents are fortunate to have a solid bike shop run by wonderful people so near at hand. I thought I was going to have to order an electric bike online and assemble it myself and then I met a local guy (a customer of theirs) who told me to shop at Island Bikeworks: Same bike I already wanted at the same price I would have paid online, only I didn't have to figure out how to put the bike together myself. They did all the work and took the hassle and uncertainty out of the equation. An excellent bike, professionally set up, and no extra charge for that! I literally could not be happier.
No exaggeration: There's a reason Island Bikeworks gets fantastic reviews, and the reason is the people involved. 5+ stars.

My wife Joanne and I purchased Aventon bikes yesterday an Adventure model for me and a Sinch for my wife. The care and attention that we were given was exceptional. We each tried several models first and aligned with what we were most comfortable with. Our original referral to the shop came from the happy customer base that we had reached out to work with. If you are considering any bike we encourage working with a bike shop that will partner with you. We live in North Fort Myers and traveling to Pine Island for a reputable family to deal with was an easy choice for us.
We also purchase a bike rack for the back of our class B van to take it to the State Parks that we camp in.

Fast service and exceptional work.. I brought in my back wheel from my electric bike,,needing a few spokes,,, Received a call in 3 hours saying it was finished ..Anyone needing service or parts or even looking to purchase a bike.. This is where you need to go to.. Thanks again.

I would like to add to the good reviews I read about Island Bikeworks. I stopped in early Saturday morning wanting to rent a 10 speed bike for a few hours. Judd set me up on the spot with the right bike and good info for a cruise along the bike trail. Can’t ask for more when you get fast friendly service.

Bought a new Sun Solstice a few weeks ago. Love the bike and the store experience is "the best". Bikeworks took the time to fit me into the bike and make the proper adjustments. Very knowledgeable and super friendly.
I recently rented a child trailer for my granddaughter to ride in while visiting. Reasonably priced and the staff installed it then gave user friendly instructions.

Great business! We were a group of 6 and we rented E Bikes from Island Bikeworks on Pine Island, FL. The experience was smooth and easy! Everyone was very friendly and helpful. When we reserved a couple days prior, they only had 5 E Bikes and one of our group said they'd rent a regular bike. Island Bikeworks got back to us later and said they expected more E Bikes to come in and they would have one ready for us. Great customer service. One of us didn't have to suffer....ha ha! Highly recommend Island Bikeworks on Pine Island, Florida.

We were so pleased with our experience with Island Bikeworks! We had 2 ebikes but needed to rent a third, this was our first time riding Pine Island and our first time renting an additional ebike. We were uncertain what type of bike we would be renting but looking at their website we thought we would be good to go. And we were. The rental process was a snap - easy, quick. An email I sent to the store was responded to quickly and politely. They were ready for us when we arrived. The bike was perfect. The pickup and return were quick and easy. This was a wonderful experience and I highly recommend Island Bikeworks.

Pickup and delivery service is great. Prices are great too for that and all the work they do.
