Friendly, kind, knowledgeable & always quick to respond.They were always willing to take a call, check in, and explain any questions I had! Dan assisted the buyers on a transaction where I represent the seller. Very professional, well organized and an overall pleasure to work with. The seller chose this buyer because of the preliminary work he did with the buyers ahead of making the offer. We had multiple offers and they stood out because of this. He fulfilled every promise he made and kept us informed the entire way. On top of it all, we received the clear to close 2 weeks before closing.

I am still surprised at the effort Dan put into our loan. We had an impossibly complicated loan and Dan leveraged an incredible amount of resources to get it across the finish line. I believe an average lender would have quit on us, too much work. If you want someone who gets down in the trenches and pushes on your behalf, work with Dan.

Dan and his team truly are exceptional. I just completed my first home purchase. When you purchase a home there is a level of stress and education I’ve never experienced. Some of the things that really stood out to me that helped through the stress…Education-Dan and his team helped answer all my questions and more. He spent extra time with me to help me understand interest rates and the impact it meant for my wife and I. He educated me on line item after line item to make sure I understood everything.Access- there was never a time I felt that they weren’t available. He always made sure to answer my questions in a timely manner or inform me when he would be available to discuss. There was a time where his team was working with me at 8p at night, not because I wanted to but we were in the last few innings before closing.Understanding- Dan has a great way of taking a complex topic like mortgages and simplified it in a way that it was easy for me to understand. His short video clips were a nice touch and I found myself always coming back to them to understand where we were in the process.I was very skeptical of the individuals I would work with in real estate based on just my own judgements and what I’ve heard in the past. Dan was absolutely amazing! Although I was the seller's realtor, he frequently kept me updated on the buyer's financing throughout the entire process to ensure a successful, on-time closing.
