They are thieves, they are not stupid, they entangle you, they take your account information, they threaten to report you if you don't pay, they harm you, no matter what, the worst thing is, I do not recommend it, they stole more than 1,200 dollars from my accounts without my consent, they are terrible, they are not stupid.

Don’t bother. Force you into a contract that you can’t break, and then try and sue you if you stop going. To many real gyms in the area that don’t require a contract. Only reason they do a contract is they know that’s the only way they can keep people there

Lovely gym, only positive things to say as per my 3 days experience. Staff is very friendly and facility very clean. Also, equipment is good with a great variety. Big plus is the parking which is also very convenient. Had a great time there.

Glassy the assistant general manager here was the nicest and sweetest manager I've talked to,she took the time to get to know me and really made me feel welcomed at the gym especially since it my first time here and made me feel a little more comfortable to be with a trainer,her knowledge and support was exactly what I needed. I recommend asking for glassy if you are thinking of coming here!!

Excellent training facility. Staff is supper friendly, equipment is well organized and clean. It’s less crowded that the surrounding gyms so which is very good for a nice workout. Equipment needs an upgrade.

This gym was fine, the staff were helpful, but the big problem is the payment system, the financial department, and lack of transparency and communication. For one, you can’t cancel your membership at the gym. You have to make a call. When I called to cancel, they told me I had late fees, even though they had my debit card in the system, and had been charging it, up until they started charging me late fees. So, I paid what I owed, cancelled and thought I was done. I kept getting automated calls and emails from ABC Fitness Solutions, which apparently handles billing, telling me I owed them. When I called them, I could not connect with a real person, so could not get an explanation. They stopped calling, so I figured I was paid up, right? Wrong. Then I get a text four months later, offering to waive my early cancellation charge and late fees, if I joined the gym again. What is going on? The next day I get a call from a collections agency. A call from a YouFit representative, four months ago, explaining the situation, would’ve been helpful. So, if you join, make sure you understand the payment system, watch out for payment problems, and don't expect much help. I never got a call from an actual person, until the collections agency called me. If I join a gym again, I'll be going to Planet Fitness. No payment shell games there.

During my workout, I noticed that the stability ball I was using was significantly underinflated. Despite informing a staff member at the reception desk about the issue on three separate occasions, no action was taken to address the problem. This made it difficult and frustrating to use the equipment effectively.

The annual fee is ridiculous and the process to cancel the membership is unnecessarily drawn out. The customer service line does not have an option to speak to a human. Only got to speak to one because I made an error in a number the computer wanted. Do not join the gym.
