We have used this franchise in Texas and we recently moved to Florida and was elated to see they had a location here. Though different owners, the owner at this establishment was extremely friendly and accomodating. We were so happy they found our dogs information in the system, the Groomer ( her name starts with C) was amazing!!! she was gentle with our elderly pom and did a great cut on him. The price is also great :) We cannot wait to bring our other doggie and continue to use your services :)

We’ve been going for a while and the groomers do a good job but Carlos at the front desk is just so terribly rude and difficult to deal with every single time that we won’t be going back now. He makes mistakes and blames the customer. Too many other good options around now.

Super cute place with friendly staff. I didn’t use the grooming service, I did buy treats. My dogs enjoyed them. Lots of options. A little pricey.

HORRIBLE!!!hard to get appointments, the man on the phone argues with you. And Cancels appointments bc you don't reply fast enough to confirm. Don't bring your dogs here!

Today I experienced a very unpleasant situation at this location. I was yelled at in both English and Spanish and my cc was slammed with force on the counter by a male named Camil. Not sure if he is an owner or employee but all I know is that he is beyond disrespectful and rude! The lovely lady that works there has always been respectful and it's the first time I had to interact with this Camil person. I will never go back there again with my fur babies. Bad vibes in there, so bad! I hope he doesn't treat anyone else this way, employees, customers or animals.

ALL PAYING CUSTOMERS BEWARE - I recently had an unfortunate experience with Woof Gang Bakery, a dog grooming establishment where my pet, a 32-pound medium-sized dog, has been groomed regularly for over a year. When I noticed that they consistently overcharged me for each visit by categorizing my dog as a large breed instead of a medium one. This overcharge, which amounted to $10 per visit, added up to a substantial amount over the course of more than 20 visits.Despite bringing this issue to the attention of the manager, Felipe, the response I received was incredibly disappointing. Felipe acknowledged the overcharging but claimed there was nothing he could do about it. While he admitted their mistake, he refused to issue a refund for the overpaid amount or even offer a credit towards future services. I wasn't seeking a cash refund; I merely requested a credit for the excess amount I had paid.What was particularly disheartening was Felipe's explanation for his inability to rectify the situation. He informed me that he had consulted with the owner, who declined to provide any resolution beyond a mere $20 spa credit. This response left me baffled and unsatisfied, as it seemed unreasonable that Woof Gang Bakery would not take responsibility for their own admitted error.My experience at Woof Gang Bakery was marred not only by the overcharging but also by the complete lack of customer service. It is deeply disappointing to encounter such rudeness and indifference, especially when the establishment admitted their wrongdoing. As a loyal customer who frequented their services every two weeks, spending upwards of $250 per month, I expected a more accommodating and customer-centric approach.I feel compelled to share my experience as a word of caution to potential customers. Be wary of Woof Gang Bakery's practices, as they seem to prioritize their profits over their customers' satisfaction. It is regrettable that they are unwilling to make amends for their admitted errors and offer fair compensation for their overcharging.I hope that my review serves as a warning to others who may consider patronizing Woof Gang Bakery. My intention is not to seek a refund but to ensure that others are aware of the disappointing service and lack of accountability I encountered. It is essential for businesses to uphold their reputation and provide excellent customer service, even when mistakes are made.

We’re so grateful for the Wolf Gang team. My Australian Shepherd Kuma loves going there. Aside from treating her with such care and love, they have amazing prices. It’s a very nice and clean place, and the staff goes above and beyond to provide a great service there.

The people are kind and very professional! My Molly always goes so happily .. her tail starts to wag when she enter the shop!! She comes out looking like a show dog !! I highly recommend!

As a business owner it pains me to call out the lack of professionalism and rude language that the owner of this store displayed to my dog sitter. I would say that we will no longer be doing business with mean people who treat dog sitters like secondary citizens. It’s also not acceptable to toss our dog into the air for our dog sitter to catch who has a bad wrist. I could go on and play the audio message the owner left but this owner is off the hook insane that he can talk with people this way.
