Dr. SIMONS and her wonderful nurse Brenna have been taking care of my senior Chihuahua since he was very young. I credit them for keeping him strong and healthy, and enjoying a wonderful life. Very knowledgeable and compassionate Vets, who truly understand that these animals are our children.

Three years ago, our then 7 year old kitty, Elly, started showing signs of illness. Our previous vet sadly downplayed the symptoms. We switched to WBV and eventually, through referrals to other experts, the problem was diagnosed: a pituitary tumor. Elly underwent radiation therapy and that helped for 2 years, until she recently developed diabetes. Dr. Simons was amazing in helping us attempt to treat Elly for the diabetes. She showed compassion and dedication, even following up on Elly’s progress on her personal time off. Unfortunately, things didn’t work out the way we had hoped and we had to say goodbye to Elly. Nevertheless, we will be forever grateful to Dr. Simons, Brenna, and the rest of the very caring doctors and staff at WBV for helping us give Elly the very best care possible.

Leopold had his teeth cleaned by Dr. Seiden and was assisted by nurses Maddy and Rebecca. He was a champ and came through with all his stripes intact only minus one tooth. He gives them 4 paws up and big purrr.

We have brought now 5 cats to be sent to the Rainbow Bridge and they are so compassionate and genuinely kind in the heart wrenching experience. Maddy is so sweet, love them all.

Baxter was 16 years old when he moved on. He was a medium dog. One of the best ways I can honor his life is to thank those responsible for making his a quality one. . Dr D was his vet for the last years of his life and helped me to take great care of him. She is a big part of the reason Baxter made it as long as he did. Her advice was always practical, honest, and she never pushed me to do anything for the sake of money. That said, it's not the way she helped him in his life that inspired me to write this review. Baxter passed two days ago and I didn't want it to be anyone else except Dr D who helped him with this transition. It was one of the hardest moments that my wife and I had to endure and Dr D and the staff were compassionate and amazing through the process. I felt that she loved Baxter too. She is the best vet I have ever worked with and I highly recommend that you put your trust in her to look after your pets.

We have been to several other vets in the area over the years and this one is the best…the staff truly care and love animals…they take great care of our kittens Pepsi and Coca Cola :)

Went for my first exam, which is complimentary.
They charged me 90$ for antibiotics that cost 16$ online. 60$ for probiotics that cost 27$ online.
Put the cost of my exam on the bill, but I reminded them it was complimentary, so they took it off.
My dog had been coughing, but when I gave him an antihistamine the day before my visit, it stopped. Vet said his lungs were completely clear and sounded good, but still prescribed him the antibiotic.
Anyway, extremely overpriced and I wasn’t happy with my experience. Spoke to them 3 times, and someone was supposed to call me to address these price discrepancies, but no one ever did.
Front office staff are extremely nice, though.

Too expensive even with the health care plan and my $100/ month Trupanion I pay on top of that! THIS VET OFFICE NEVER, EVER, EVER SENDS MY BABY'S (ABBEY ROSE) TRANSCRIPTS TO TRUPANION!!!!

The very best veterinary center. Went to a local veterinary practice. I will never go back to the local. The vets are so caring and want what is best for the family pets. Dr. Dallesandro and Dr. Kuehnel are terrific as are the staff. You will not go wrong going to West Boca Vet Center.

I had my dog Lily spayed at west Boca vet yesterday. The process was seamless, so informative, helpful and personal. Dr Seiden nurse Rose and nurse Tally were so helpful and kind. The front desk is manned by knowledgeable, helpful, empathetic personnel. I could not be more pleased with the support and the service. I highly recommend West Boca Veterinary
