Unfortunately there seemed to be an issue with my order I was asked to pull on the side of the road so they will not held my wait time against them as I did an employee came with the wrong order to my window, I honked for the employee to come back as it was not my order he came back to me showing me the receipt with the wrong order seeing that he was not trying to look or hear the order issue I said that I will park on the side and speak to management. He replied I am the manager walked away from my car and said to his co workers in the front door "I'm tired of dealing with stupid people" I said you can not talk to me that way while he close the door as his employees walked behind him with a smirk on their face. I reached out to corporate. Hopefully some training will be done.

Unfortunately the crew working this evening were not very "with it". The back doors were propped open to possibly mask the smell of weed. The young manager ( he called himself a manager) was wearing dark sunglasses and acting like an idiot to impress two young girls in the lobby.But the thing that truly bothered me was when one of the other employees needed a utensil to open a bag of cheese, the manager pulled a pocket knife out of his pants pocket and asked if that would work??? This employee used the knife! Who knows what it was used for prior to that?? I felt it contaminated the food. The manager said they normally use scissors but unfortunately they could not find them???? I realize they are kids but come on, they are in no way ready to run things without adult supervision.I've read so many negative reviews, I only wish I'd read them before coming in. Never again.To add insult to injury, the manager just informed us that the lobby would be closing and we had to leave. Such great customer service ?

Slow service with mediocre food. The restaurant actually looks like its seen better days. Definitely needs updating . I try to steer clear of this Wendy's even though out of the big 3 Wendy's is my favorite.

This restaurant makes customers pull forward because they’re measuring how long customers wait at the window. Even for a drink. Then they forget to bring you your paid for item until you give up and go home. Basically stealing from customers. Don’t go here.
