I am disappointed. I have to go to the bank on my lunch hour and I feel unappreciated when I walk in to make a deposit - several people in line- and ONE TELLER! You have to be kidding me. The bank should know they will have "lunch hour" customers and schedule staff accordingly. Plus, every time I go, there are different people, no one is ever the same. I need to have an account here to help my daughter or else I would close it - now.

This bank moves personnel around like crazy. If you try to develop a relationship with a banker they will not be at your location for more than 3 months. The worst thing about WELLS FARGO in general (not this branch) is their HORRIBLE phone app for depositing checks. I have given up and just go to a branch. They need to contact BOA and find out how these apps are SUPPOSE to work!

This Wells Fargo location looks like it belongs in a wind tunnel. If it's raining it looks like a hurricane just went by from the inside. And if you don't have an umbrella which I didn't get ready to be soaked on your way in and out of the bank. Besides the logistical nightmarish location Wells Fargo is extremely professional and prompt. Sadly, I had to go there to close my account for now. The 2 years I had an account with wells I had no issues or complaints. Hopefully back with you guys in 2015.

The one thing I hate about this location is the parking and the lack of a drive up ATM. I wish they had more of those at all of their locations. The staff inside is very fast and friendly.
