Three interactions with this branch for assistance with my business accounts. All three were obnoxiously terrible. Teller staff is not equipped or empowered to do anything, while you can see manager staff in the back witness the difficulty, and not offer to come up and even ask if they can help. As apathetic of a culture as I've seen anywhere. Most recently, had an issue with a mobile deposit credit, and they told me I needed to wait until the "legal copy" check arrived in the mail several days later before they could address further. I took the original check to the Yamato Rd. branch and they accepted it THAT DAY, and it was all resolved by the next day. The staff at the Yamato Rd location told me it is common knowledge just how bad the staff is at this Glades Rd location, but corporate won't bring in better management. If it hadn't been for Jean Garro and the team at the Yamato Rd branch actually helping, our large business accounts would have already been pulled. When you get to this Glades Rd location, keep going.

I've been banking with Wells Fargo since it opened up with this location. I have 2 businesses with them, and in this case had a $2800 balance and went to cash a check for 22 hundred, and it would not allow me to the manager lady behind the desk set, I'm sorry but the computer won't let you do it and I said but I have more in it than I have been. I'm cashing and she would not budge one bit, and she made this little snide like little body motion. Like I'm not gonna do anything to help you. Please don't bank at this bank if you can avoid it.

Out of all the banks I've used, Wells Fargo has the best terms for my checking account. The people are always pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. I rarely have to wait in line, even at the drive through. They have a lot of convenient locations with ATM's at all, plus stand alone ATM's and many have drive through ATM's, which are extremely helpful since I am handicapped. I wouldn't trade banks for anything because this is the most convenient bank I have ever used.

Terrible, awful customer service. Though several employees are in the bank (some in offices with their doors closed playing on their cell phones), they refuse to help with a simple thing I needed done. They all say to call their 800-number. To be a “premier” customer treated this way is unthinkable just a few short years ago. Customer service has tanked at Wells Fargo. Bank elsewhere.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Brittany one of the managers greeted me, and banker Kevin was fantastic. Short staffed but everyone there was professional and accommodating. Best branch in the Boca area

Horrible Branch, from the tellers to the Managers. Worst customer service you'll ever experience. There is a teller who calls herself a manager by the name of Britney, with an awful passive-aggressive attitude. She will overtalk you, will not let you explain, now will she take the time to explain. She is truly the banner for disrespect and intolerance. Richard is no different.I place a complaint against them at the national level, let's hope they get some training on how to treat customers like humans.

Horrible branch!!! I first called the bank directly to see if someone could transfer me to someone who can help preapprove for a mortgage, after being on hold for so long I decided to go into the store and the lady was so rude. She couldn’t provide me with a direct line or a business card with a phone number that I can contact someone on. This is ridiculous there was only one banker in the whole bank there was no staff there are no wonder know what could answer the phone

I came into the branch, the only people working were the tellers. There were 3 employees standing talking about life. I could hear their entire conversation. I asked to open a safe deposit box and they told me it's by appointment only because they are very busy. Lol! I explained to them that there were no other clients and they didn't seem busy if they were just standing. They refused. Awful! I would not recommend going to this location.

Was the easiest ever I managed to open an account with Daniel In less than half an hour and he was very helpful as well as all the other nice people who work there...I highly recommend this location...much better than sandalfoot plaza

Drive thru personnel are always quick and professional, however the lobby personnel have the worst customer service. If you ask a Wells Fargo employee in the lobby for help -- even the 'managers' -- they'll tell you to make an appointment (even though they're just sitting around doing nothing, chatting with each other, or playing on their cell phones). The 'greeters' have no value and are very unhelpful. On several occasions I've needed help from Tara, but she is completely useless and never follows up on anything you ask her to do.
