Whenever I walk in to the branch there are never enough bankers to help. The lines are always long. Plus they keep rotating the bankers so it's impossible to build a working relationship with them. Tons of money was spent to redesign the interior which IMO didn't need it. They could have spent the money on hiring more bankers.

They intentionally hire less people than they need. There are lines of up to 10+ people with only 1 teller assisting all of them. Such a shame since the customer service is great. They just need to hire more people.

Excellent service for the public in my personal opinion, facilities for the public because of the English and Spanish language plus Excellent service on any issue related to the procedures they offer...
