I am disappointed with the terrible service in this bank. The manager, Linda was showing discrimination and disrespect to very kind customers. I received no help or service and instead was disregarded.

Teller asks way too many irrelevant questions. Go to another location.

Vivien was lazy and unhelpful. Despite being open, she was unwilling to open an account for me. Constantly checking her watch even though I walked in at 4:15pm. I thought that my 25 years of banking with Wells Fargo was worth something. I guess it's hard to find good labor these days.

Simply the worst bank branch I have ever dealt with. Nothing but attitude and arrogance from the foreign born female staff. Even changing $20s to $5s and $10s becomes a bureaucratic nightmare. Given Wells Fargo history of shenanigans with clients, they can I'll afford to alienate the (foolishly) remaining customers.

Lying and manipulating by bank manager when I returned to complete the transaction that she instructed me to do. Her colleague was secretly pulling up my private accounts on her computer while the manager was denying the fact and hiding the computer screen. This is a disgusting and untrustworthy bank branch. It should be investigated by the authorities.

I used to work at this branch. I loved the people that worked here. They are great people when we were American savings bank. They had a sign in the break room because of me. I hope all is well with everyone.

I'm scared to calculate the amount of revenue my business lost today due to the neglect from this bank. We have been going to this location on Saturdays for years. All of a sudden, they are closed. No warning, no notification. Nothing. I ended up going to the Sandalwood location, where I was told all customers were sent notification letters in the mail. This is not the case. The teller also told me they had a sign in the window for the past month. This is also not true. To make matters worse, the service is horrendous at Sandalwood. They have two tellers running the entire operation with a line stretching out the door. The teller struggled to give me a simple change order. It took her over ten minutes to swap out large bills for small bills. It is not a difficult request. I ended up spending close to two hours away from my business just to get change. This has resulted in a huge sales loss for my business. I will now be taking my accounts to a more professional financial institution.

Horrible experience. After making an appointment with their personelle I was told the appointment was not late GN enough and I have to come back. I explained what appointment was about and personelle did not know enough to make a long appointment. These people don't understand their businessmen

My father and I entered this WF branch location at 4:30, which closes at five. We had a matter that needed more than a teller and asked to see a banker. We were asked if we made an appointment, which we hadn’t. We were told by a woman, who claimed to be the manager that we couldn’t see a banker today, would need to make an appointment and come back another day. She said due to COVID customers can now only see a banker, if they make an appointment before hand. I asked her if Wells Fargo had contacted their customers informing them that this policy went into effect and was told that it was now posted on their website. My father doesn’t go on their website so how would he be aware of this? I pointed out to her that there were 3 bankers at their desks who were not with customers, plus her. She told me that those three individuals were waiting for customers that had made appointments for 4:30. At 4:40 I pointed out to her that none of these customers who supposedly had appointments still haven’t showed up. Is it truly realistic that all 3 of these “customers” were late? Once again I asked to be placed with one of the bankers, since all three of them were available with no customers and I was met with the same response from the manager about needing to make an appointment and the people at the desk were waiting for their appointments to show up.My father is 80 and doesn’t drive. He has been a customer there for over 20 years. I dedicate one day a week, of my busy schedule to help him do things he needs help with, which today was to see a banker. I explained the circumstances to her, but it made no difference. She would not allow us to see a banker. By the way as we exited the bank at 4:45, the supposed customers with appointments still had an arrived. We will be withdrawing all of our funds and closing our accounts there as soon as she allows to see a banker.
