No wonder why people give less than 3 stars. Poor customer service ever! Came here to withdraw some money. Need good $100 to bring it to other country, and one of the lady said "that's what I have" with an attitude!

Horrible service by Dante. Called because the bank did not release a check after 7 days of waiting and proceeded to give me A LIST OF EXCUSES as to why it wasnt released. He NEVER asked my name or account number or bothered to look at my account. I will be sure to make a formal complaint to the branch manager! Horrible service!!

WORST BANK BRANCH EVER! Terrible customer service. Most of them don't even understand what you are talking about when your depositing money. Accidentally left my card behind and came by a few hours later. To have some man named Dante Mansco had an attitude the minute I came in through the drive thru. Asked told him I left my card behind. Told me to come inside, literally acted like I was being an inconvenience to his day. Best part was when he almost refused to even attempt to get my card. Told him I was in a rush and that I need to leave. Without hesitation told me to come back tomorrow and try again. Wtf?! So I wait because lord knows I wanted to go back to that branch again. As he's rapidly typing on his computer - decides to ask me for another form of ID even through the teller I was with recognized me. Then he decides to raise another 30 minutes of my life trying to find someone to go into the vault with him and as the rest of the staff ignores him. Just overall a terrible service and branch. Won't be coming here anymore - If you need a Wells Fargo bank go to the one on Glades and 441 way better service and people who actually care about your business.

Wow... what a terrible branch. So I accepted a check from my Roomate for rent, and because of this experience I won't accept it again. There sign say they are opened from 8am..l but fail to specify it for drive up and for bank customers only. I had to drive back home and wait one hour to return. I come back at 9am there's already a line at the door. After waiting 15 mins, I get asked by some guy behind the counter... not even the teller I was working with... " how's you day going?" So I explained to him my morning and how annoyed I was that it's taken me this long to cash a check for my roommates rent. He starts to make reasons why it's been a hard day implying it my own fault asking me if I want to open a checking account so I can use the drive up window at 8am. I looked at him in disgust... I found that comment very condescending and patronizing after I Just explained how frustrating this morning has been at Wells Fargo. It's like someone saying well, you should have an account here to get treated better. Omg... he persisted to talk to me after I made it clear not too... then he comments to the cashier that he's gonna continue to observe this transaction. I couldn't wait to leave there. What a jerk! I went down the road to my TD bank and deposited my cash and was out of there in less than 3 minutes. This bank stinks!!

This bank is the WORST. There's always a line when you walk in, and the tellers are slow and often rude. I went to open a direct deposit account, and they made me wait for almost 30 minutes just to begin the process! At that point, my lunch break was over and had to get back to work. I'm glad I left and went to Chase the next day. A much better experience.
