Breaking jewelry is a problem I have! lolDee has come to my rescue. Over the years I have been charged outrageous amounts for repairs that have not held by jewelers in South Florida. My discovery of her work and store was a complete accident as I live 45minutes away. I have had many pieces repaired and redesigned and the prices have been reasonable.I cannot recommend this store enough. Worth the drive!

The stone in my engagement ring was loose. I went to another jeweler who tried to sell me a whole new band. Watch & Jewelry Repair Center tightened my stone in about 5 minutes. Highly recommend.

While they do good work they are financial bloodsuckers. I had 14k posts put on the back of my earrings and was charged $80 for these two posts. I was too lazy to shop around so I left the earrings for the work. Today when I went to pick them up there were no backings to make the earrings adhere to my ears so I asked for them. They were found and fitted and then I was told it would be $33 each! Outrageous! For $80 for two little gold sticks soddered to my earrings, backs should have been part of the $80 price tag. My response was take them off. I don't want them! another $66? I told Dee I would never come back and I'd let others know to GO ELSEWHERE or be suckered.

So disappointed by my experience here. I dropped my broken ring off that was missing one stone one month ago. They told me it would take 1 1/2 weeks to fix. I received no call 3 weeks later so I went in and over 5 stones were now missing from my ring. Now one month later I still received no call to pickup my ring and I went in and my stones were not the same size as when I dropped it off. I do not recommend bringing any meaningful jewelry to this place.

Can't say enough nice things about Dee the owner and Jamie who recreated my wedding band. The creativity of the new design kept the original top and made it look like a million bucks by adding width to the band. The quality of the work is exceptional. I've been going here for years for repairs and trusted them to do this special service. I am so glad I did. The ring is spectacular! Thank you Dee & Jamie!

I went in to get three knots out of my necklace. I thought it was going to take time or that I was going to have to leave the necklace overnight. The woman was able to fix it right on the spot. She was so kind and so fast. I truly appreciate the wonderful customer service. Thank you so much for all your help.
