Negative 100 stars if possible. The staff have no empathy for the patients. We understand you are overworked and understaffed but the attitudes that come from here. To tell a doctor that their patients can not have a medication at the specifications the doctor wanted because the patient doesn't have cancer is ridiculous. You are not the doctor, you have not even spoken to the patient or seen their records. You have no clue what that person lives through. And oddly enough the patient was dealing with a cancer situation. This place will fill your rx at 3p and when you show up at 4p theyve already lost it. The DEA should probably visit this one.

I love this Walgreens, it's my favorite! The layout of the isles and products is very sensical and i can easily find anything i need. When i come to this Walgreens i know it's going to be a convenient in and out situation. Couple weird people have worked here over the years but it's mostly polite and helpful individuals.

This review is specifically for the pharmacy. 0 stars if I could!! I have been seeing the decline on the service every time I go. The people they have employed leave a lot to be desired. The line on the drive through is always long and slow, same as the line inside. Staff just seem unmotivated and disinterested in the customers. The people attending the drive through can be heard yelling and not showing any patience. I kept going here because it's convenient, but convenience is not always better. On Monday Feb. 5th, I just had the worst experience and just have had enough. I have changed to another pharmacy but want to warn everyone, and Walgreens, about this horrible customer service. On the date I mentioned above (stated hoping the pharmacy takes action), I went inside to pick up my prescription. I had been called saying they were ready. After 15mins in line, only one person in front of me I was told I had to wait because they couldn't find it. The lady who told me this said she would call me shortly that she was going to get it ready at that moment. I can see her in the back, on the phone, looking at the computer, talking to other staff... the line now keeps getting longer. Half an hour later, still nothing. She is still back there. I talk to another staff member, asking someone in line if I could cut in quickly. He acted as if he didn't know anything. I called the lady, who walked by me as if nothing. She said "It just has to be prepared". Told her it had been now 45 minutes since I had been in the store, and she just walked away. The guy who I talked to said he would personally take care of it. But literally 2 minutes later went to another staff member and told her "I'm going to lunch; can you take care of her?" and just left. The line kept getting longer, none of the staff working there bothered to come and try to make the line move faster and I could hear the drive through person just being disgustingly short with everyone. I am really appalled by the people working in this pharmacy, and as I told them when I called to complain to their customer service department, it was the worst and most disgusting experience.

Worst customer service in the pharmacy and I requested the manager to call me back and that has not happened. I had to go back 3 times because they did not give me all my prescriptions. No apology !

This pharmacy location has HORRIBLE customer service! They give you false times as to when your prescriptions will be filled so you have to go back numerous times. It takes hours and hours to get anything filled. I have never written a yelp review in my life until right now. So frustrating! They actually have signs up that says 30 minutes to fill a prescription... it is a joke! Two different times I have ask to speak to a manager but they are never there.

Pharmacist hung up in my face & in my insurance providers face. Cigna stated I’d be best going to another pharmacy which blew my mind. They’re not worth your time & don’t deserve your money.

the worst service, the manager Heru loves to make her customers wait at least 20 minutes in their cars and refuses to open the 2nd lane because they will not staff it, and loves to make her customers wait at least 20 minutes on the phone or better yet they simply put you on hold and hang up on. All of the managers of this Walgreens should be fired and if it not the managers fault then the people above her should be fired ...but I guess it is all about their stock prices....so the save money on staff and their stock prices go up

Horrible service. No one waits on you in pharmacy. They look at you and walk away. I literally hate Walgreens in general. If I weren’t on vacation I would never walk into another one again.

Went there today for vaccination, Amanda was very helpful, the gentleman that gives the vaccine is very nice and has a good hand, I barely felt the injection. 100% recommended.

The Phamacist is Rude (the Bald guy) , the Support staff speak with a Thick Creole accent and talk to each other in Creole while serving the counter. They are not enthusiastic about their work. Moving to another Walgreens

Worst pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with. When you call to speak to someone, you reach a call center, not the pharmacy. They then transfer you to the pharmacy. I called 3 times. Each time they pick up the phone and immediately put you on hold. Over and over for 35 minutes, and then hung up on me. If you’re busy, common courtesy would to ask your paying, polite customer to call back, and suggest a time when you’re not busy. This is not the first time I’ve been treated poorly. I’ll be moving our family’s scripts immediately.

Pharmacy is the worst. My usual pharmacy has been out of stock of my medication, so I decided to go here. Over the weekend it took me 40 minutes to even get anyone on the phone and the same person answered 3 times saying "can I help you?" After I had explained why I was calling twice before that - Like are you kidding me?!?! When I finally spoke with the Pharmacist, he told me I could pick my script up that following Tuesday after 10AM since it would be the 30th day. Called Tuesday (today) and some dumb Tech is now telling me I can't get it till tomorrow. So now I have to go allllllll day tomorrow without my medication till I get off work. Like she couldn't understand that today was my last dose. Most illiterate people work here, I swear. I ended up hanging up on her cause you can't argue with stupid. And its a medication you withdraw from, so I will be spending most of tomorrow afternoon not feeling good. My insurance allows me to pick up a day or two early, so I guess they are just going to ignore that fact. There is a reason they allow a day or two early, and It's so you have your medication when you run out!!!!

Thank you pharmacy for rushing filling my order. After the most horrific ordeal and emergency room horrid as well, EVERYONE was helpful, the operator who transferred the prescription and the teach team who had pity on me and filled it faster then it took the ER to give me an icepack.
