Do not go here for prescriptions after decent hours if can get by. Go to your own pharmacy. I was leaving before a flight and they said they would have it ready by 4pm. Got there at 8 and was there for an hour and a half waiting. Everyone that came in had to wait for their medications. Some people drove hours just because it was a 24 hr pharm. One pharmacist and one assistant. They say 30 minute wait, they're lying. Expect a long wait! Terrible service and not honest. I explained my situation to someone who had just came in and she gaslighted me. I work in healthcare but be honest. I get its understaffed but there is no reason to say perscription ready, then get there 4 hours after and it was not ready and had to wait 1hr and a half for a pre packaged prescription.

It's ok but there are a lot of places with better prices on the same products they carry. Prescriptions usually take long to get either the wait in line, drive-thru or inside, plus every other time I get my daughter's prescription they seem to forget to apply the manufacturer coupon code that they already have in their system. Only good thing I can think of is the photo center but they did do a really bad job on the passport photos o got there. I should post it but just take my word for it.

Pharmacy does NOT answer the phone: I asked to speak with a pharmacist, got transferred (after sitting on hold) to a pharmacist tech that told me she had to transfer me to a pharmacist (?), sat on hold for 10 minutes, pharmacist answers saying please hold and then pushes the hold music before she even finishes the word hold. Sat on hold for another 10 minutes before just hanging up. Avoid these people. Nearby locations answered super quickly!

Every time I go to this place there’s an issue! Terrible pharmacy service! Person ringing up medication rude and unhelpful! Tried picking up in drive through have been waiting in line with one car in front of me for 38 minutes!!! If you see there is a line of cars waiting tell the person you are having issues with to go inside! It’s just common sense for heavens sakes! Absolutely ridiculous

Their automated Rx system sucks. They tell you something is ready and it's not. I had a refill rejected by insurance because they said it was too soon although I never refilled it. Walgreens says I did at another location. Now I have to wait 3 months to get it again.

Francisco is amazing! Only go to that Walgreens because of him! Very professional and friendly. Always brings a smile to me and my families face.

Only one person is decent and reasonable in this freaking pharmacy, everyone else is incompetent and stupid. Their system keeps calling you and texting you and when you finally go pick up your meds , they tell you it's not ready. What a waste of time and energy! This pharmacy has so many issues and their staff needs more training when it comes to customer service and it doesn't help that they're under staff. WALGREENS IS garbage!!

I have been seeing the decline on the service every time I go. The people they have employed leave a lot to be desired.
The line on the drive through is always long and slow, same as the line inside. Staff just seem unmotivated and disinterested on the customers. The people attending the drive through can be heard yelling and not showing any patience.
I kept going here because it’s convenient, but convenience is not always better. On Monday Feb. 5th, I just had the worst experience and just have had enough. I have changed to another pharmacy but want to warn everyone, and Walgreens, about this horrible customer service.
On the date I mentioned above (stated hoping the pharmacy takes action), I went inside to pick up my prescription. I had been called saying they were ready. After 15mins in line, only one person in front of me I was told I had to wait because they couldn't find it. The lady who told me this said she would call me shortly that she was going to get it ready at that moment. I can see her in the back, on the phone, looking at the computer, talking to other staff… the line now keeps getting longer. Half an hour later, still nothing. She is still back there. I talk to another staff member, asking someone in line if I could cut in quickly. He acted as if he didn’t know anything. I called the lady, who walked by me as if nothing. She said “It just has to be prepared”. Told her it had been now 45 minutes since I had been in the store, and she just walked away.
The guy who I talked to said he would personally take care of it. But literally 2 minutes later went to another staff member and told her “I’m going to lunch; can you take care of her?” and just left. The line kept getting longer, none of the staff working there bothered to come and try to make the line move longer and I could hear the drive through person just being disgustingly short with everyone.
I am really appalled by the people working in this pharmacy, and as I told them when I called to complain to their customer service department, it was the worst and most disgusting experience.

Negative 100 stars if possible. The staff have no empathy for the patients. We understand you are overworked and understaffed but the attitudes that come from here. To tell a doctor that their patients can not have a medication at the specifications the doctor wanted because the patient doesn't have cancer is ridiculous. You are not the doctor, you have not even spoken to the patient or seen their records. You have no clue what that person lives through. And oddly enough the patient was dealing with a cancer situation. This place will fill your rx at 3p and when you show up at 4p theyve already lost it. The DEA should probably visit this one.

I love this Walgreens, it's my favorite! The layout of the isles and products is very sensical and i can easily find anything i need. When i come to this Walgreens i know it's going to be a convenient in and out situation. Couple weird people have worked here over the years but it's mostly polite and helpful individuals.

Worst customer service in the pharmacy and I requested the manager to call me back and that has not happened. I had to go back 3 times because they did not give me all my prescriptions. No apology !

This pharmacy location has HORRIBLE customer service! They give you false times as to when your prescriptions will be filled so you have to go back numerous times. It takes hours and hours to get anything filled. I have never written a yelp review in my life until right now. So frustrating! They actually have signs up that says 30 minutes to fill a prescription... it is a joke! Two different times I have ask to speak to a manager but they are never there.
