This is the end of Walgreens. They have a decent group of great, patient, experienced technicians, the face of Walgreens. But being overworked minimizes their ability to perform. Lines out the door due to new year insurance issues, shots on demand, flu/covid/etc, short staffing, phones answered by a call center that is a waste of time, and phones at store level that have long hold times. Store offers free 'delivery' but what a system! My mother was prescribed a steroid dose pack on Wednesday. Yesterday the APP showed the RX as 'picked up'. Last night, 6 pm, I called my mother... no rx.. I called her facility's front desk... no rx I called Walgreens ( I told the call center to transfer me to the store's 20 minute hold time).. 'did you ask your mom'!!! When I told them 'yes, she did NOT receive' they told me that it was out for delivery.. 'if not received tonight.. call the store in the morning'.. This morning (10 am) the cycle.. all over again. Plus.. my mother received a call from Walgreens saying that there was an Rx ready for her. When I called the store.. 'it's out for delivery'. I asked the Pharmacy how is it listed as 'ready' when the APP says that it was picked up the day before? 'The system lists it as ready until it is sold'. So, the medicine prescribed on Wed 1/17 at around 4 pm for something that should have been started the same day, as of Fri, 10:40 am, has yet to be delivered. This is healthcare?

I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation for the consistently exceptional service provided by one of your outstanding employees at Walgreens. Every time I encounter Mayra she greets me with a warm smile and a genuine enthusiasm that makes me feel valued as a customer. It's evident that Mayra goes above and beyond to create a positive and welcoming atmosphere, and her kindness has not gone unnoticed.

The worst experience as Walgreens customer. The attendant didn’t know about internal procedures. They delayed the transfer of my medication for three hours. They made me wait without notifications so I had to be after them to know about the status of the medication transfer. Very bad service.

Worst customer service ever in the pharmacy. If they don't like dealing with people, I suggest they get a job in a room with just computer.They act as though they are doing you a favor, which is not the case we're keeping them working.Absolutely disgusting the way she talked to me. Go elsewhere for your prescriptions.

horrible customer service and don't buy gift cards because you have to wait for the manager to get there and re activate it. I bought 5 Apple gift cards and they all said invalid code when redeemed.

THE WORST PHARMACY - If you enjoy being told your prescription is ready to run over to get to then be told they don't have it over and over this is the pharmacy for you! Maybe you like dealing with rude people. Perhaps you don't really love your family member and want to have them go extended periods without the medication that keeps them alive. Maybe common sense just "isn't your thing." Well this is your lucky day!!!! This place offers all of the above and more.Have had more issues here than not but at first I believed it was because everyone has an off day. But it's been consistent and when trying to speak to someone about the issues my family has had I got little more than a shrug. I completely see why there are so many negative reviews now.

Awful experience. The pharmacy is a disaster - lack of common sense and human decency. Wish I could give zero stars. AVOID this pharmacy if you want to actually get your prescriptions.

Constant bad service and belligerence. Their automated system needs to be completely revamped because most of the time it doesn't work properly.

Horrible location. Pharmacy is terrible. First appointment we waited 1+ hrs to get to a room and they had a wrong vaccine ready. At least she confirmed before the injection. Waited another 20 min for the correct one. But the place was very busy. Second appointment noone in line, noone in store. Checked in. Waited 20 min for someone to finally accidentally acknowledge us as she was walking by.... Brought another form to fill with incorrect vaccine info on it again...

Such a wonderful time as Christmas to run into the nastiest, young cashier. She has no business in customer service, way too much attitude. I had to walk out and leave everything at the first register she was so nasty.

Made appointment for vaccine 1 week in advance. Waited over one hour with only one other person in waiting room and 6 pharmacy staff members. Inquired multiple times and was told "5-10 minutes- waiting for the pharmacist" each time by someone mumbling under her breath. No condolences or acknowledgment of the waste of time. Skip this location.

You would never think that going to Walgreens could make for a beautiful day, but that's exactly what happens when you have an associate like Mayra, who is so courteous, so nice, so helpful, and so customer service minded. A very kind woman with a sweet spirit! Thank you Mayra!
